Emily or Zoe?

Which one of those would you choose? I’m not sure if this is the best place to post this one but I didn’t think it was a good fit for the writers corner either. It’s not for a baby, but for my 22 year old sister who always wanted to change her name and is finally doing it.
She said she can’t decide between the two because she tried both out and loved them. I think they both fit her pretty well so I don’t think I was much help either. I’m leaning towards [name_f]Emily[/name_f] but maybe because I like it more. Our mum is leaning towards [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] but that’s what she would call her third daughter if she had one anyway so she’s not trusting it too much either. I’ll write a bit about her, would love to know which one of these you guys think fits her better.

She’s a very outgoing person but also pretty shy and reserved, makes friends easily but is very insecure especially about her looks. She’s very artistic (sings, dances, plays the piano and ukulele, acts and makes vinyl dolls) and also really smart but doesn’t like studying at all. Has a crazy ability to pick up languages but can’t stand sitting down to actually study them. Quite short tempered and easily stressed, always moving fast and has a really hard time finishing all the projects she starts because she has a new idea and drops the other pretty quickly. A little monster if she’s bored, gets super angry easily if not getting enough stimulation from doing something. Loves animals and animals love her too, we used to call her [name_f]Cinderella[/name_f] when she was younger. Very family-oriented too, is graduating drama school soon and likes to write, but again, never finished anything.

Any responses will be appreciated by me and her. Thanks you!

I think she sounds like an [name_f]Emily[/name_f]! It’s a lovely reserved-but-shimmering name, in my opinion.

Emily!

Lol, was that sounds like me? :joy: Since I’m an [name_f]Emily[/name_f], and known many Emilys(all different personalities from mine, some that aren’t), she sounds like an [name_f]Emily[/name_f].

Emily!!!

Going against the grain here and saying [name_f]Zoe[/name_f]! I picture [name_f]Emily[/name_f] & [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] as pretty similar personalities, but I prefer [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] as a name - it feels a bit more exciting, if that makes sense.

Another vote for [name_f]Emily[/name_f]

I’m an [name_f]Emily[/name_f], she sounds like an [name_f]Emily[/name_f] :))

Sounds like an [name_f]Emily[/name_f]!

Sounds like an [name_f]Emily[/name_f] to me! It is such a pretty name too. Good luck!

I vote for [name_f]Emily[/name_f].

Thank you, everyone! I will let her know.
