I prefer [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Meredith[/name_u]! [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] repeats the ‘ma’ sound and is kind of awkward to say.

I had not noticed that before. Perhaps [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] [name_f]Emma[/name_f] might work better?

I like [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Meredith[/name_u]! It might be because I’m biased towards the name, or because I just truly like the sound better. Although I do think [name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_u]Meredith[/name_u] sound a tad bit better :wink:

I love [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]! I wanted it as a middle for my daughter but my SO wasn’t on board. [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] is beautiful. [name_u]Meredith[/name_u] is lovely too but not quite as perfect :smile:

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] is brilliant! The repeated “ma” doesn’t really bother me because they are pronounced/stressed differently: EM-muh MAH-ri-gold. I hadn’t noticed it at all until it was pointed out.

[name_u]Meredith[/name_u] is a lovely strong traditional name but it definitely feels less fresh and vibrant than [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] paired with classic [name_f]Emma[/name_f].

I like how the quirkiness of [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] pairs with the classic feel of [name_f]Emma[/name_f]! [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] gets my vote :slight_smile: Though I adore the warm feel of [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Meredith[/name_u].

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]. For me [name_u]Meredith[/name_u] will always be tied to the [name_u]Meredith[/name_u] Kercher/Amanda [name_m]Knox[/name_m] murder case. Plus it sounds a bit dated to me.

Oh wow! both are amazing but I went for [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_u]Meredith[/name_u] as I feel it fits the style of [name_f]Emma[/name_f] more but I love both!
