I find myself loving this name (as a full name, not a nickname) but the only thing that bothers me is that it can sound like you’re just saying two letters “M, E”. Would that bother you?
It’s not a problem for lots of other names (Elsie or “LC”, [name_f]Edie[/name_f] or “ED”) so I think [name_f]Emme[/name_f] is fine.

I would pronounce as one syllable- [name_f]Em[/name_f]. If you want two syllables I would spell differently, such as [name_f]Emmi[/name_f], [name_f]Emmy[/name_f], or [name_f]Emmie[/name_f]. Very cute name either way.
I think it’s fine, a lot of people would pronounce it just ‘Em’ though.
I like it and if someone does pronounce it incorrectly a simple, polite correction is all that’s needed and then they know.
You can use Emmeigh or [name_f]Emmee[/name_f] so the pronunciation is more clear

Im gonna go against the grain and say I personally feel this spelling is best if your going to use it as a full name, as Emmie/Emmy etc feel more nicknamish. And though you might have some mispronounce it I dont think it would take more than one correction.
No, wouldn’t bother me - there’s other names like that (Katie/KT, Ellie/LE, Kacey/KC) and [name_f]Emme[/name_f] is fairly familiar in sound as a name
