I wasn’t able to log onto the Community Message Boards three hours ago because a drop down box told me that there was an ENCODING ERROR!

So please fix so we can log on.

I didn’t get the encoding error, but I was not able to log onto the Community Message Boards for about 2+ hours this evening. It happened yesterday evening as well. Are there site updates that run and cause the boards to go offline or is it something on my end?

I could not access the Community Message Boards this morning I could read the home page only.
