Ends with M, Starts with M

Thoughts and feelings on using a name that ends with M, with a last name that begins with M? We’d use a non-M middle name for what it’s worth, but it seems like her first + last will be used more commonly without the middle. The first name in question is [name_f]Miriam[/name_f], last name similar to [name_u]Miller[/name_u].

There are things that would flow better but it’s not the worst by a long stretch. If you love the name that’s what matters

I actually don’t mind it that much. M is one of those consonant sounds that running against itself doesn’t sound so bad. For example, I think something like [name_m]Eric[/name_m] [name_m]Carlton[/name_m] is more awkward than [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_u]Miller[/name_u].

I think it actually sounds really good

The back to back Ms might run into each other a little when talking quickly but I think its ok

I think this works!
There’s an actress called [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] Margolyes, with a similar name configuration.

I think it sounds fine & [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] is such a lovely name!

The loveliness of [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] overshadows this minor glitch. M sounds better than most letters would in this scenario, anyway.

I don’t think it’s that bad, it does make [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] sound a bit like Miria but i don’t think it’s a problem
