For about three days now, every time I attempt to log in on Microsoft Edge (the Windows 10 update for Internet [name_u]Explorer[/name_u]), Nameberry pops up with this delightful little error message claiming that “the change you wanted was rejected”. It only seems to be an issue on Microsoft Edge, as I’m logged in perfectly well on Safari (with my iPad) and Google Chrome at the moment, but I’m wondering why this is happening, since the site has always worked perfectly well on Microsoft Edge before. Have I been banned or something and that’s what’s preventing me from logging in via Edge???
ETA: I just attempted to view my profile on Chrome and it came up with a similar error message, saying that the page did not exist, yet on Safari, no such message. It seems to be ok now on Chrome, but still not allowing me to log in through Microsoft Edge. Has there been an update on the site that’s gone wrong, or has the site been hacked and they’ve failed to notify us?
Someone else said on here that they had posted on Facebook about maintenance issues a few days back, and to hold tight because it’ll be worth it when it’s sorted. However, I do think they’ve had a few hiccups along the way which is why bits are broken and bits aren’t, and I think it may be taking longer than usual! Everyone is having problems.
They’re updating the site, but it’s taking a lot of time. I believe they started on [name_f]Monday[/name_f], but said yesterday to hold on for a few days more.
I wish they had let us know beforehand that they were doing such extensive updates, I think there’s been a lot of confused frustration among members who maybe don’t follow twitter or facebook…
Yeah, I haven’t been able to post anything for days, and I’ve only just been able to log out and back in again without getting an error message. Really hope it’s sorted soon.

I can’t log in with my usual SN @lexiem
so I had to create a new one.
My error message says “need to confirm email address” but I never got a confirmation notice (well not in the last year) and I’d really like to get back onto my old account.
I can’t even request help cause that doesn’t work…

Also in the future can there be a note on the homepage as not all of us read every FB post religiously? Thanks!
I’m glad that I’m not alone in this problem, but I like the Nameberry page on Facebook and not a single update has come up on my timeline/feed, it certainly does seem ridiculous that they haven’t updated us at all other than Facebook and Twitter. Looks like I’ll be steering clear of the site until things are sorted - Google Chrome isn’t the best browser in the world and I only use it for emergencies really, since a lot of sites aren’t updated to use Microsoft Edge yet.

There’s a button you can click to be sent a new confirmation email, I did that and it worked out.
It’s after you ask to be sent a confirmation email that you don’t receive, there’s a linked question to get sent a new one! Let me know if you can’t find it, took me two days to make it work but I think they’re done with the majority of the updating so it should work once you confirm your email.
An warning on the forums or at the very least in a blog about major overhaul like this would have been wonderfully welcome, I’m surprised and a little disappointed that it wasn’t done…
I’ve had the same issues. I also wish they could have warned us about the site maintenance. The contact/support pages are unavailable as well. Hopefully they will have things sorted out soon. My issues started last [name_m]Saturday[/name_m] and today I was finally able to log in without problems. It’s still hit or miss though.
