Hey, what do you guys think of the combo [name_f]Esme[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f]? How do you feel about [name_f]Esme[/name_f] and [name_f]Luna[/name_f] separately?
I’m trying to find a first name for [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and I think this one is it. I’ve also thought about [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_u]Seren[/name_u] [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f], [name_f]Mirabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f], or [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. Any ideas?
I really like it! I like both [name_f]Esme[/name_f] and [name_f]Luna[/name_f], although they are not my favorites, but they are beautiful names individually and together and the combo has an awesome flow!
I like it. I love [name_f]Esme[/name_f] in general. I don’t love how the combo looks, because maybe it’s too short? But it flows nicely & the styles go well. I also really like [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] & [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. Those sounds elegant & celestial.
Sorry for any repeats, but here are a few other ideas:
They sound beautiful! I love [name_f]Esme[/name_f], I had a character named [name_f]Esmerelda[/name_f] ‘Esme’. [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is nice, a bit popular for my tastes, but I love it in a middle name spot!
Actually, no. [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] means “star”. Like [name_f]Estella[/name_f] and [name_f]Estrella[/name_f]. Technically [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] would be the [name_u]French[/name_u] version. [name_f]Estella[/name_f] or [name_f]Estrella[/name_f] would be the Spanish version. Like [name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f] (French), and [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] (Spanish). [name_f]Luna[/name_f] actually means “moon” she was the [name_m]Roman[/name_m] goddess of the moon.
[name_f]My[/name_f] only problem with [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] was that it was a bit too themed. But you didn’t share your opinion on [name_f]Esme[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f].
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Esme[/name_f] (one of my all-time faves). Like [name_f]Luna[/name_f], more in the middle as a first. It’s a lovely combo.
There’s something about the 2-2 flow of it that I don’t love though. And the popularity of [name_f]Luna[/name_f] does bother me a little. Personally, I might go for something like [name_f]Esme[/name_f] [name_f]Aluna[/name_f] which is unusual, flows well and has the same moonlit vibes!
I like the names separately and I think they have a similar vibe, but together they do sound chunky.
Some people like chunky names, but if you prefer something more liquid and are feeling unsure, consider splitting them up and adding a more timeless middle.
