I pronounce it ez-may. I picture a sophisticated girl who is smart and kind…with brown hair, haha.

This is my daughter’s name, we pronounce it ez-may. I would describe her as sweet and energetic, and of course we think she is beautiful! 
I’ve had to train myself to say ez-[name]MAY[/name]! I much prefer ez-mee personally, but I wouldn’t want my daughter to get the whole “you say your name wrong!” thing from teachers and fellow students, or really whoever. Besides, the ez-[name]MAY[/name] pronunciation honors my grandmother, so I’m trying to grow to like ez-[name]MAY[/name], though I think my heart will forever be with ez-mee. I do love the name, though, and I keep coming back to it over and over lately! I’ve been thinking about it as a MN, maybe for [name]Liliana[/name] or [name]Eleanor[/name]. I do really love it.
