I’d automatically say EE-va, unless corrected. All three are valid, so I’m perfectly fine with any pronunciation and I like them equally, though I’d spell it [name]Ava[/name] if I was pronouncing it that way. I quite like it with your other kids names, but if you’re pronouncing it EE-va, I don’t like it with [name]Reeves[/name]. I think it’s a bit rhymey. Pronounced A-va or EH-va it’s okay, but I doubt people will get the pronunciation on the first try.
Like the pp, I’d say EE-va unless corrected. Eh-va is the only pronunciation that might surprise some people, both EE-va and AY-va are intuitive.
[name]Eva[/name] and [name]Evie[/name] are preferred nicknames for many of my girl choices, but we would pronounce Eh-va or Eh-vie because of the first name choices (first sound like [name]Evelyn[/name]).
