I’ll be honest I’ve never heard of the song? So from my perspective it just seems like a very classic and elegant combo. I think it’s nicely traditional and very pretty.

I agree with @EagleEyes It’s a very pretty combo! I don’t think there’s other spellings of [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. Maybe you might like [name_u]Evangel[/name_u] which is the masculine form of [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f].

I’m not aware of a song nor a negative association. It’s a very nice name, I actually heard of a baby girl named this (nickname [name_f]Evie[/name_f])

Another vote for never having heard any negative connotations about this name. If you’re looking for a different spelling of [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], you could spell it [name_f]Evangelene[/name_f] or Evangeleen if you’d like that better. [name_f]Rose[/name_f], though, I don’t know how else you would spell that… unless you wanted to do Roze. Still, [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a beautiful combo.

the only song I know is Ma [name_f]Belle[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] from [name_f]Princess[/name_f] and the Frog, and I love that song, it’s actually why I liked the name in the first place

Evangeline is quite trendy at the moment and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a popular middle so i’m almost certain there are a lot of [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]’s in the world so the negative connotations probably aren’t that strong
