Evangeline with nn Ginny

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] All
I love both of these names and thinking about it, I think I could use [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] as a nn for [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] …what do you all think?

I really wouldn’t use [name_f]Evie[/name_f]/[name_u]Angel[/name_u] etc

I think [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] is a great nickname for [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. It’s very vintage and spunky, and it doesn’t feel like a stretch.

Phew! I have absolutely fallen in love with it

Thanks

I definitely think it works. I know a [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] (given name [name_f]Virginia[/name_f]).

I like it, and I don’t feel its too much of a stretch either.

Yes, it definitely works. I’m not a huge fan of the other nicknames either, so [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] is a great alternative!

It’s adorable–totally works!

I think it works! [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] is sweet and uncommon enough, which I like.

I really like it!

Nickname [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] works very well for [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]! I love [name_f]Ginny[/name_f].

[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is great because it have a very long list of possible nicknames! I can totally see [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] as one of those nicknames! I think it’s a brilliant idea. The only [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] I know of is called [name_f]Evie[/name_f]. [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] is away more exciting! (Plus, [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] Weasley is an awesome namesake!)
