We are open to other names too.

I prefer [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] to [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]… I just rather the sound better and “I” names tend to throw me off a bit for some reason…

Other options:
[name_u]Ellery[/name_u]
[name_u]Embry[/name_u]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u]

I like both those names, I think actually [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] might be more common than [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] where I’m from! I’m a fan of the V sounds too. I’ve recently discovered “[name_f]Avila[/name_f]”, which is quite different and sweet :).

Personally I like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] better than [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], though I do love the nickname [name_f]Evie[/name_f], but I think [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] goes better with your other kids’ names, since they’re all six letters. Visually [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] doesn’t look like it fits as much, since it’s only three letters. I know you’re concerned about popularity, given that [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] ranked #15 last year, while [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] isn’t in the top 100. What about a name like [name_f]Avalyn[/name_f]? It’s pretty close to [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], but not nearly as popular.

Other suggestions: [name_f]Victoria[/name_f], [name_u]Valentine[/name_u], [name_f]Valerie[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Vanessa[/name_f], [name_f]Olive[/name_f]

I prefer [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] with your other kids’ names, actually! [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] and [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] sound a little similar to me, and I still think of [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] as a man’s name (i.e. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] Waugh).
Have you considered [name_f]Eve[/name_f]? [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]?

I like both but I vote [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] because I like the nickname [name_f]Evie[/name_f] (“eevee”). Best of both worlds! She can use [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] professionally and [name_f]Evie[/name_f] with her friends/family :).

Oh boy, this is a tough decision! I absolutely love both [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]! In your case, I would say go with [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], so that each girl has a name that ends differently from her sisters. ([name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] both end in “n”)

I personaly prefer [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] aswell, but once you said [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] fits better because it has 6 letters, I would like to suggest [name_u]Everly[/name_u]. I don’t know how I feel about [name_f]Avalyn[/name_f], but it doesn’t feels weird at all. The only thing is, I can’t help thinking it is pronounced ay-vah-leen…

Ooh, I love both. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] feels more classic and sophisticated. [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is bright, happy, and modern. For some reason, I feel like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is the best fit here. My only suggestion is [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f].

Yes! This is how I feel too. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] I feel like has the 6 letters and fits with the others… But i have it stuck in my head the youngest child is more spunky.

My husband still hasnt warmed up at all to ivy so we might be evelyn out of default unless we can come up with a different angle.

I do like genevieve bur do not like [name_f]Gen[/name_f] sound.

I agree with this too. I already mix their names up as it is. Haha

I love [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]! Really I think either go well with her big sisters’ names. I’m going to suggest some different names that still connect to the sibs with the letter ‘v’

[name_f]Ava[/name_f]
[name_f]Avalon[/name_f]
[name_u]Averil[/name_u]
[name_f]Clover[/name_f]
Davinia
[name_u]Haven[/name_u]
Faevan
[name_f]Lavender[/name_f]
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]
[name_f]Neve[/name_f]
[name_f]Yvette[/name_f]

I like the simplicity and vibrancy of [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]!
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] is not as ‘fun’ to me as [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], and it really does sound a lot like Vivan…

Both of these names are great, but if you both like [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] and your husband doesn’t like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] I would go with [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u].

I prefer [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] to [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], and it fits great with your sibset! I would suggest [name_f]Emerie[/name_f], but there’s no V sound in it =[

I love the suggestions of [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] and [name_f]Yvette[/name_f]. I would add:

[name_f]Aviva[/name_f]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]/[name_f]Evangelina[/name_f]
Liviana/Oliviana
[name_f]Novalie[/name_f]
[name_u]Raven[/name_u]/[name_f]Ravenna[/name_f]/Raverra
[name_f]Valentina[/name_f]
[name_f]Valerie[/name_f]
[name_f]Vanessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_f]Vienna[/name_f]

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] it helps =]

I like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. I didn’t notice the six-letter theme, and I doubt that most people would.
