Please choose a middle name for [name]Evelyn[/name] said with two syllables Ev-lynn and three syllabes Ev-uh-lynn. [name]Evelyn[/name] with two is a family name, I am trying to choose how I want to say it.

I say Ev-uh-lynn, and I think it sounds fine with any of those you have, but my fav combo is [name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. Other middles I like with [name]Evelyn[/name] are [name]Paige[/name], [name]Claire[/name], [name]Elizabeth[/name], [name]Sophia[/name] and [name]Sara[/name]. Thats just off the top of my head, I’m sure there are tons more! [name]Evelyn[/name] is a fav name of mine!

I think that most people will pronounce it ev-el-in, and that’s the pronounciation I prefer. With that in mind, I think that [name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Grace[/name] is the best combo- the flow is perfect.

mackenzie or grace, and I actually like it better said [name]Eve[/name]-lynn.

[name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Audrey[/name] is beautiful. I would definitely pronounce it ev-uh-lyn. I’ve never heard of anyone pronouncing it the other way.

[name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Macie[/name] is cute!

I agree that I have only ever heard it pronounced ev-uh-lyn…

My favorite from your list here is [name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Audrey[/name]- it sounds very pretty! My second pick would be [name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Macie[/name]!

[name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. Ev-uh-lyn for me.

[name]Grace[/name] either way you end up pronouncing [name]Evelyn[/name]!

[name]Evelyn[/name] Violyn

Evelyn Macie is my favorite

2 or 3 syllables the pronunciation is still very similar, especially when you say it quickly. I don’t think the difference is enough to warrant worrying about deciding on a pronunciation.

[name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Macie[/name] would be my choice.

[name]Evelyn[/name] [name]Hannah[/name] immediately caught my eye.

Agreed! I think single syllable mn works best.
