Have you ever made up a name on purpose or by accident?
The other day I was thinking about a friend do of mine, last name is Paradis pronounced Pair-uh-dis. I was thinking if you took the the P off it becomes Aradis and I can totally see that as a boys name! [name_f]Air[/name_f]-uh-dis.
Any “new” or made up name ideas?
Aradis is pretty.
I thought I made these up for a split second, but realized they must already exist somewhere.

On Purpose:
Azalyn (I met someone names [name_u]Aza[/name_u] and became infatuated, but I preferred the idea of it being a nickname, so I played around with it until I came up with this.)
I also made up the names Callix and Anyxis / Anyxia as characters for stories, but I would never think of using them in real life.
On Accident:

Siarrah, pronounced See-ARE-uh, not like [name_u]Sierra[/name_u]. At least I can’t seem to find an actual origin for it.
Anneba ([name_f]Ann[/name_f]-ee-bah). I don’t really know where it came from, it was the name of an imaginary friend of mine when I was little.
Not sure if this counts since I’m sure it already exists somewhere, but when I was younger I really liked the name [name_f]Christelle[/name_f]. It was sort of like [name_f]Christine[/name_f] + [name_f]Crystal[/name_f] + [name_f]Elle[/name_f]. Pronounced krist-[name_f]ELLE[/name_f].

Kerianna / Keriana. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t really like either now.
Tessalee / Tessaleigh. I still kinda like this, but wouldn’t put it on my list.
Sonisaine . Again, I still think it’s beautiful.
