Evil name!

What’s your current evil name, the name that gets under your skin and just irritates you into gritting your teeth?

My evil name is [name]Charlotte[/name]. Ugh it makes me cringe now! I was always rather indifferent to it until I started my job as a choir assistant and this nasty little girl named [name]Charlotte[/name] joined the junior choir. >:[

[name]Rocky[/name] and [name]Pinky[/name].

Mine’s very simple, but a rather predicatable choice that I’m pretty sure grates a lot of people:

[name]Nevaeh[/name]

A family member just named her daughter [name]Bryleigh[/name]. Ick, ick, ick. That’s my evil name!!

I must admit that [name]Brayden[/name] makes me gag.

Anything that is spelled in eight letters that could be spelled in 5 (Kaeliegh vs. [name]Kayli[/name]), phonetic spellings (see that last example), and the worst offender, by far, is [name]Nevaeh[/name] ESPECIALLY when spelled wrong! aargh.

To my great despair it is [name]Elisabeth[/name]. I really think it’s a beautiful name, but I went to school with a girl (still do but we don’t speak) and she is the most awful person ever… It’s a shame beacause I really like the name.

its all about associations. an evil person makes their name evil!

I very intensely dislike [name]Bryleigh[/name] as well, and any name of that ilk. Someone on BabyCenter is posting about “[name]Kinzi[/name]” now. Good god. That poor child. [name]Briley[/name], [name]Kinzi[/name], [name]Kinsey[/name], [name]Riley[/name], Rylynn… that’s another thing that annoys me is that -lynn ending stuck on everything. Gag.

I really hate the name [name]Maddie[/name], short for [name]Madison[/name]. It drives me nuts. Also all tha -aylas and -adens. [name]Just[/name] stick any consonant in front of any of them and it’s interchangably bad.

[name]Paige[/name] and [name]Madeleine[/name].

[name]Katelyn[/name]/[name]Katelynn[/name]/[name]Kaitlin[/name]/[name]Kaitlyn[/name]/[name]Caitlin[/name]… you get the picture

Bah!!!

[name]Madison[/name]
[name]Emily[/name]
[name]Emma[/name]
[name]Savannah[/name]
Naveah
Any boy name that is going to the girls: [name]Riley[/name], [name]Finley[/name], [name]Jayden[/name], [name]Jordan[/name]

[name]Robert[/name]
[name]Richard[/name]
[name]Michael[/name]
[name]Arthur[/name]
[name]Brayden[/name]
[name]Caden[/name]
[name]Zaden[/name]

you hate a lot of names. haha.

i really don’t like the names [name]Sunny[/name] and [name]Paige[/name].

Oh, the same as most people on here. -aylas -aydens -aylees. [name]Nevaeh[/name]. [name]Angel[/name], [name]Heaven[/name], [name]Precious[/name], [name]Destiny[/name]. Barf barf.

Definitely the -adens. I used to love the name [name]Caden[/name] 5 or 6 years ago (before I had ever heard it used) and it was originally going to be my son’s name, but it’s ruined forever now!

That’s probably the real reason why the [name]Aidan[/name]/[name]Hayden[/name]/[name]Jayden[/name]/[name]Brayden[/name]/[name]Caden[/name]/[name]Zayden[/name] explosion is so grating to me. Then again, such an overload of one name group is bound to get on anyone’s nerves. The worst part is that one of my closest friends had a son right before I did. His name? [name]Aiden[/name].

[name]Eleanor[/name]. Or [name]Nora[/name]. [name]Just[/name] not my thing, at all. And I like the ‘old is new’ trend. But this one irks me.

[name]Brody[/name] and Mc/[name]MacKenzie[/name]/[name]Kenna[/name]
And of course…
[name]MADISON[/name]!

But what really make my skin crawl for some reason are names that should properly start with “C” that have been changed to “K”. Normal “K” names like [name]Kyle[/name], [name]Kristin[/name], [name]Kathryn[/name], are FINE; but [name]Kody[/name], [name]Kandace[/name], [name]Kollette[/name], and [name]Korey[/name] just make me want to tear my hair out.

[name]William[/name]. Nice but bad associations for me…not even going into that now. And [name]Bronte[/name]–I know many like it but I’m sorry–it reminds me of “bronchitis”.

My aunt named her son [name]Braxton[/name]. I refuse to call him that.
