Our daughters name is [name]Kaitlynn[/name] [name]Jade[/name], sons name is [name]Gideon[/name] [name]Michael[/name]
i’m stuck on what to name this baby, we’re due in may and we are having a boy so if you have any suggestions?
(i had [name]Eleanore[/name] [name]Florance[/name] picked out if it was a girl)
Our last name is [name]Stein[/name]
If possible i’d like to use [name]Phillip[/name] as a middle name.
My kids and hubby like the name [name]Kai[/name], i like it too, but i would like to use ‘kai’ as a nickname. i’ve looked at names Like Mikai (hubby hates it) and Kaius ([name]Caius[/name] was used in twilight) I had [name]Malakai[/name] picked out but then my best buddy used it and Its lost its appeal for me
[name]Kai[/name] could be used as a first or middle name, using phillip isn’t set in stone.
I suppose i like vintage, unpopular names the most, biblical would be ok too.
thanks for your help!
I really like [name]Caius[/name] with big brother [name]Gideon[/name] - is the twilight thing the only reason you’re not considering it? I would definitely not let that connection stop me in this case.
With [name]Kaitlynn[/name] and [name]Gideon[/name] I like:
[name]Solomon[/name]
[name]Simon[/name]
[name]Eli[/name]/[name]Elijah[/name]
[name]Micah[/name]
[name]Jonas[/name]/[name]Jonah[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name]
I really like [name]Malachi[/name] but if that doesn’t work for you anymore maybe Mordicai?
thanks for the suggestions, finally replying i decided to stop obsessing over LO’s name for a few weeks, thought maybe something would pop but i’m back to [name]Kai[/name], yep the only reason I wasn’t really into [name]Caius[/name] was because of twilight, (i loved the books I found and liked the name before I realized it was in that series and i’m pretty much over that it’s in
that
book lol…
Now to discuss some more with hubby, i’m loving Kaius [name]Phillip[/name] right now.
i also like [name]Simon[/name] and my dh has suggested [name]Mordecai[/name] a few times… hmm.
will post what we end up with - if it goes with previous experience we’ll go with something totally different once we get to the hospital LOL.
lol! my 5 year old ds blurted the name kai out one day and its just stuck, i just recently found out that it was the name of his newest (at the time) lego mini-figure (ahahaha)
if we go with this, i’m wondering if I should use [name]Caius[/name] with the C or the K - is kai to close to kaitlynn (i call / spell her nickname [name]Kait[/name])
[name]Even[/name] though I love the [name]Kai[/name] spelling so much more, I really would not use with it being the first three letters of your daughter’s name. Plus, your son will be the only one without a “K” name if you decide not to have another baby. This isn’t a huge problem (I actually have two sons that start with “L” and one with and “H” and that’s not a problem, but I just wouldn’t use it with [name]Kaitlynn[/name]). I think [name]Caius[/name] nn [name]Cai[/name] is awesome though! Good luck!
