I’m certainly no expert but I hope my opinion can help, even in the slightest!
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f] ([name_f]Della[/name_f], [name_f]Dede[/name_f]): This is a lovely, feminine name that makes me think of a strikingly beautiful, dark haired girl; very bubbly, soft spoken and a photographer. I can picture someone with a plentitude of friends and a passion for blogging. It’s a great choice and I like [name_f]Lila[/name_f] as a nn.
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] ([name_f]Nell[/name_f], [name_f]Nellie[/name_f]): This name has a great balance of it’s known but not used often. A name that will certainly stand out for all the right reasons. I imagine Scottish highlands, cabins in the woods, antique bookshops and nights in with close friends.
[name_f]Pandora[/name_f] (Panda, [name_f]Dora[/name_f]): This is one of my favourite unusual names. It’s lovely to say, looks grand when written down and has a fantastic story. It will definitely stand out from all the [name_f]Emma[/name_f]'s, [name_f]Lily[/name_f]'s and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]'s. The nn of [name_f]Dora[/name_f] is just an added bonus.
[name_f]Isadora[/name_f] ([name_f]Dora[/name_f], [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]): [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] is such a graceful, feminine name! It makes me think of the ballet and soft spoken, well mannered ladies. Pastel blues and modern cafes also come to mind. [name_f]Dora[/name_f] is a beautiful nn, too.
[name_f]Isabeau[/name_f] ([name_u]Beau[/name_u], [name_u]Izzy[/name_u]): I’ve never been very fond of this name. It looks very pretty but the sound of it sounds quite… rugged and choppy; or at least to my ears. Despite that though, I can imagine a dark haired, studious girl who makes friends easily who often says things without thinking them through beforehand. The nn of [name_u]Izzy[/name_u] is nice.
[name_f]Ginevra[/name_f] ([name_f]Gigi[/name_f]): I don’t see many people favouring this name so it’s a lovely little surprise to see it on your list! But this name, to me, sounds quite vintage, with its wonderful southern European charm. I see this gem on a shy little girl with long red hair, maybe an only child and quite reserved. I get a very distinct aesthetic with this name: bookworm, cable knit sweaters, mugs of cocoa, hair thrown up into a messy bun, etc. I think [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] would be a better fit for a nn, or even [name_f]Neve[/name_f].
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] ([name_f]Ada[/name_f], [name_f]Della[/name_f]): This has been a favourite of mine for a good three or four years, and I love the nn [name_f]Addie[/name_f] for it. I imagine a long, light brown haired little girl who enjoys tap dancing, makes plenty of humorous comments and is fond of many creative arts. I can picture someone who likes to travel and isn’t afraid to speak their mind, someone who can’t carry a tune to save their life but belts out any song the radio plays. I get a fun feeling from this moniker.
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] ([name_f]Gigi[/name_f]): This name feels fresh and will definitely work on a child today. It makes me think of ivy clad buildings, grand architecture, champagne, white summer dresses, warm sunny days, white doves and good memories. I’m not too sure how I feel about [name_f]Gigi[/name_f] as a nn, perhaps [name_f]Eve[/name_f] or [name_f]Gen[/name_f]?
[name_m]Gulliver[/name_m] (Gully, [name_u]Gus[/name_u]): I like the nn options but the ending of [name_m]Gulliver[/name_m] really puts me off this choice. I can’t get over the “liver” end for some reason. I do imagine a chubby boy with curly locks and afternoons spent swimming. I can see him only having a few good, close friends and a strong love for comics and robots.
[name_u]Roscoe[/name_u] ([name_f]Ro[/name_f], [name_m]Rocky[/name_m]): I’ve never liked this name. It always seems misshapen somehow. I don’t think it has that certain something to make it stand out. I can’t imagine much for this name, despite a lovely tanned complexion and palm trees. Maybe a brown haired boy who likes football and time spent in Spain. [name_m]Rocky[/name_m] is a good nn, I like it!
[name_m]Riordan[/name_m] ([name_u]Rory[/name_u], [name_u]Rio[/name_u]): I love the unique feeling to this name. It certainly has a fantastic charm and a stand out from the crowd flow. I can picture an artistic boy with umpteen friends and a good strong family. A boy who enjoys science lessons and isn’t afraid to go one step further for those in need. The kind of boy someone would like to bring home to meet the family.
[name_m]Caledon[/name_m] ([name_u]Cal[/name_u]): This is certainly a different name. I’ve never heard it before but I imagine a dark skinned boy with a bright smile and a loud laugh. Someone who plays plenty of sports and likes to think of himself as a charmer. He isn’t afraid to be a bit cheeky, either. [name_u]Cal[/name_u] is a good, strong nn.
[name_m]Elwood[/name_m] ([name_m]Woody[/name_m]): I really like this name. It’s a fresh name, one with plenty of charm. It makes me think of weekends spent camping, hours spent studying, pet goldfish and pastel colours. The nn [name_m]Woody[/name_m] is so lovely! I love this choice, it’s one of my favourite choices, for sure.
[name_m]Rafferty[/name_m] ([name_u]Rafe[/name_u], [name_m]Raffy[/name_m]): I’ve never liked this name but I can see why a lot of people favour it. I think it has a strong artistic and musical feeling and I’m able to picture this on a bubbly boy, someone with plenty of friends, perhaps a skateboarder, someone who lives near the seaside. I think they’d be from a large family and close to each member. [name_u]Rafe[/name_u] and [name_m]Raffy[/name_m] would be nice nn that you can use interchangeably.
[name_m]Whittaker[/name_m] (Whitt): I have heard this being used within the last few years and over that time it’s been growing on me. I don’t have much to say about this besides that I can see someone with this name growing up to become a teacher of mathematics or the sciences. A brown haired man, strong yet reserved.
[name_m]Barnaby[/name_m] ([name_m]Barnes[/name_m]/[name_m]Barney[/name_m]): This is my favourite name on your list. I’ve loved it for so long and it’s been on my own list for years now. There’s many aspects that attract me to [name_m]Barnaby[/name_m]. It has a fantastic sound, looks wonderful when written down and the abundance of nn add to the usability. Both the nn you have listed are perfect choices. [name_m]Barnes[/name_m], [name_m]Barney[/name_m], [name_m]Barn[/name_m], Arn, [name_m]Arnie[/name_m], Arby.
[name_m]Roderick[/name_m] (Rook, [name_m]Roddy[/name_m]): I knew a boy with this name back when I was nine or ten. He was popular, funny, sporty and had a younger brother named [name_m]Brock[/name_m]. Personally I don’t see much attractive qualities about this name so I don’t have much to say about it.

My favourites from your list that I think would make a good sibset are: [name_m]Barnaby[/name_m], [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], [name_m]Elwood[/name_m] and [name_f]Pandora[/name_f]. I think they all share similar qualities and sound beautiful together. Though [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] would fit in there too, I think!
