I’m very torn!

[name_f]Faith[/name_f] is bright and distinctive with a pleasing sound; I like that it’s a virtue name, but you can have faith in lots of different ways. It feels both stylish and traditional

[name_f]Skylar[/name_f] is breezy, sharp and on trend with a hint of edge, a hint of nature-y whimsy.

I think I slightly prefer [name_f]Faith[/name_f] atm

I agree with the previous poster that [name_f]Faith[/name_f] feels more timeless whereas [name_f]Skylar[/name_f] feels trendy to me. [name_f]My[/name_f] personal taste might make me biased, but I can envision [name_f]Faith[/name_f] on a mischievous toddler as well as a sophisticated woman. [name_f]Skylar[/name_f] doesn’t seem to age as well and it feels like it will look dated/trendy down the line.

[name_f]Faith[/name_f] - it’s lovely, timeless, ages well & bonus points that it pairs well with all name styles.

[name_f]Skylar[/name_f] - it’s nice, I don’t hate it but it does come across as ‘trendy’ like others have said. [name_f]Skye[/name_f] would be a nicer variant IMO.

I absolutely love and adore [name_f]Faith[/name_f] soo much :two_hearts: Soo beautiful! Personally [name_f]Skylar[/name_f] has never appealed to me.

Faith - more classic and international (Skylar feels very US and hip - not a bad thing of course - just why I warm to Faith more). I also agree that Faith ages better. I wouldn’t want to be a 45 year old Skylar. I think Faith Skylar would be cool!

I like Faith (nn Faye), Skye or Faye alone - but I really think Faith is a winner!

I have always liked [name_f]Faith[/name_f].

[name_f]Skylar[/name_f] is not my style at all. I do like the spelling [name_f]Schuyler[/name_f], which feels a bit less trendy.

[name_f]Faith[/name_f] feels solid, timeless, and ageless, so I prefer it. [name_f]Skylar[/name_f] feels trendy and harder to grow into as an older adult.

If the vote was between [name_m]Sky[/name_m] and [name_f]Faith[/name_f], I would have voted for [name_m]Sky[/name_m]. In this case, between [name_f]Faith[/name_f] and [name_f]Skylar[/name_f], my favorite is [name_f]Faith[/name_f].
I’m not religious, but even for someone who doesn’t follow a religious, I think [name_f]Faith[/name_f] is a wonderful choice. Timeless, traditional, meaningful, simple and elegant. I think you can have [name_f]Faith[/name_f] - trust, admiration and confidence - in multiple positive things (universe, nature, your loved ones and yourself, the future, good energies, hope, peace, science, medicine, etc).
On the other hand, I feel that [name_f]Skylar[/name_f] is starting to feel a little bit dated and attached to a certain generation. It sounds great, but I like it because it contains the word “sky”. I prefer just [name_m]Sky[/name_m]. It makes me visualize the beautiful sky, full of stars and the moon at night. The [name_m]Sky[/name_m] that sometimes presents us with rainbows and a shining sun, but can also surprise us with a peaceful rain or very strong tempestuous storm.

Timeless, beautiful, strong meaning. Great as a stand alone but can still be shortened to [name_f]Fae[/name_f] or Fi for a fun nickname.

[name_m]Sky[/name_m] is a cute nickname. [name_f]Skyler[/name_f] feels trendy and the trend has passed.

Since [name_f]Faith[/name_f] has been on your list since [name_f]September[/name_f], if your asking which choice would be better for you I would choose [name_f]Faith[/name_f].

For me I would choose [name_f]Faith[/name_f] over [name_f]Skylar[/name_f], but [name_m]Sky[/name_m] over [name_f]Faith[/name_f].

[name_f]Faith[/name_f] has a very open sound and feel, as well as the positive imagery.

[name_f]Skylar[/name_f] feels more modern. And a little more unisex and streamlined.

Faith is my favourite!

She’s lovely, timeless and very sweet. Her meaning is of such great importance not just from a religious standpoint but also within life. Having faith in yourself, your beliefs, your family and friends etc this all links to having faith. Faith is a firm favourite of mine. You could always go Faith Skylar (surname)
