Fake Blog Entries: Part One! đŸŒ·

Oh, so many! DH and I can’t seem to agree on anything this time around. We want to keep the pattern of classic-and-nature for our girls’ middles, and classic-first-with-outdoorsy middle for our little boy. I’m open to suggestions right now, as the only thing Gabe and I have decided on is that there needs to be Opal and Louise somewhere in there to honor our mothers.

Today is our last day in Gettysburg Pennsylvania before we head to Pittsburgh tomorrow. We decided to spend some time relaxing at our campground/in the bus and we are planning on heading out this evening to explore a little more. We’re taking it slow this morning as we’re all tired. It’s a really nice day out so I’m making pancakes on the outdoor griddle while [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] plays. [name_f]Stella[/name_f] is in the back of the bus watching a movie and making bracelets and the boys are relaxing in their bunks.

I’ve been working on making plans for Jack’s birthday! He is turning 15 on the 7th. I finished up buying a few gifts for him and now all we have left to do is plan our day. We let the kids pick what they want to do on their birthday. We’ll be in Pittsburgh on his birthday so if anyone has any suggestions of fun things to do/see that would be great!

Somehow I missed this! All these suggestions are amazing. You were right on our wavelength, the only first name DH and I can agree on is Beatrix, and Daisy is most likely going to be a second middle for one of our girls. Caroline is one I can see him liking, I’m gonna suggest that to him! Theodore is one of our top boy names at the moment, but I’m not sure if we’re actually going to end up using him. Thank you so much for these ideas, they really have helped!

Hey! so 2 weeks ago we went to mt coolum aqua blast park and emu mountain. (you can find the pictures here!)

we didn’t go to mt coolum cos its a grade 4 hike and that wouldn’t be smart with a baby!

Then 1 week and 6 days ago we started off the day with surfing lessons, then we went shopping and ended with a walk along stumer creek boardwalk.

Madi got a new hairstyle and so did i:

@marigold.solstice Congrats on your triplets! You’re gonna have your hands full with 7 kiddos (it’s crazy with 3 soon to be 4 here) but I can tell they are already so loved.
@XxIzzixX Glad that the twins are here safe. Elena and Orlando are such lovely names.

I have a bit of big news here as well. I’m 6 1/2 months (30 weeks) and my water just broke. So much for the repeat homebirth I was going for. Baby girl will be here any hour as we are on our way to the hospital. Me and Lewis (DH) are both panicking but our nearest hospital has a great NICU team ready for us. With this being my 4th, labor is going quikly so I wish we could’ve gotten out the door quicker but we had to wait for Grandma to come. I’ll update soon once she is here!

Hey! This thread looks super sweet so I thought I’d pop on and introduce my kiddos! I have 3 and I’m expecting my 4th (and hopefully last ) baby.

Jasper Vincent -
Jas is 15 years old and my first baby. He loves skateboarding and art. He also plays the guitar but never plays around me because he’s self conscious. Jas is very quiet and has a hard time making friends. He has one close friend, a nice girl named Liliana who he met this year. If you ask me, I think someone has a little crush :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:. He also hates me taking pictures of him but I snapped this one when he wasn’t looking:

Jasper

Aviva Solene -
You know how everyone says the first child is the one that makes you want 20 more and the second child makes you wish you stopped at one? That perfectly describes Jas and Vivi. Just kidding haha I love them both but Vivi can be a handful. I had Jas in my teens so I decided to wait a few years before having my second. Vivi is now 5 and she’s a little firecracker. She loves fashion and needs to be on trend at all times. She’s very opinionated and outgoing. In a nutshell, she and Jas are the complete opposite. Vivi adores taking pictures so finding this one was easy:

Aviva

Juno Celeste -
Junie is my 3rd and the baby of the family (but not for long). We were very surprised when we saw her head of blonde hair since DH and I are both dark haired but she’s absolutely perfect! She’s 2 years old and very energetic. She loves everything animals and is so excited when we visit the “neighneighs” and “moomoos” at meemaw’s ranch. Junie is very spunky and adventurous and is always somehow muddy. A picture of her with her favorite “neighneigh”:

I’m due with a baby boy in a few weeks and I’m so happy to finally complete the family! I’ll give an update once he’s born

this is such a sweet thread! i love reading about everyone’s families and would like to introduce mine! we live on a farm in the countryside and it has been so wonderful raising my three kiddos here.

[name_u]Ezra[/name_u] [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u] is my oldest, aged six. He has such a golden heart and gives the sweetest hugs to everyone. [name_u]Ezra[/name_u] is so protective over his younger sisters and is always looking out for them. [name_u]Ezra[/name_u] is kind to everyone - the other day he helped an elderly lady with putting her shopping on the conveyer belt at the grocery store. I had such a proud mum moment! He’s super energetic and full of beans and he loves to help me out on the farm, milking the cows and collecting eggs. [name_u]Ezra[/name_u] has always had an inquisitive nature, constantly asking questions and wanting to know as much as possible. He loves going to school and is in Year 1. [name_u]Ezra[/name_u] also loves being outside and getting dirty. He’s super driven for a six-year-old and is helping his dad to make a go-kart out of wood.

[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] is 4 years old and is my eldest daughter. She is a spunky and sassy little tyke, with gorgeous long red hair and green eyes. She surprised us when she came out with a head of red hair and she has a personality to match too - Chloe’s feisty and stands up for herself, which we encourage. She’s also very competitive and looks up to her older brother. She’s a natural at horseriding but is still too little to ride on the bigger horses like her brother. She was so put out at this but cheered up when we said she could name her Shetland Pony anything she wanted. She named it Fluffy. [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] loves animals and is such a big help to her mama when it comes to the farm, just like her older brother. [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] also has the sweetest relationship with her younger sister. They are the best of friends and it is such a joy seeing them grow up together. She also loves to go outside and climb trees and is starting school in a year’s time.

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is three years old and is my youngest. She’s quieter than her sister and is also quite sensitive. She looks up to her big brother and sister so much and is always wanting to spend time with them. [name_f]Alice[/name_f] is always laughing - she’s got just about the cutest laugh ever! She loves to draw pictures for people, carefully colouring in and printing their names at the top with a bunch of kisses. [name_f]Alice[/name_f] learned to recognize and write letters a year ago and can now read pretty fluently. She loves to help me in the kitchen, poring over the recipe book and giving me instructions, “put the flour in gadally, mama” (when she means to say gradually). She’s also super curious, just like [name_u]Ezra[/name_u]. Whenever we’re on walks she’ll stop every five steps to examine a dandelion or turn over a stone, it’s adorable!
