[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everybody! It has been FOREVER since I updated here, so Iām just going to give one final update on the kiddos and then start a new family in the next few days!! Iāve had the same family for over a year now, so wish me luck with family number two, as itās uncharted territory!
Hello everyone!! I hope you are all doing well and getting excited for Thanksgiving if youāre here in the US. The kids had their last day of school today and are bouncing off the walls. I just wanted to give a quick update since itās been sooo long since I posted last! Iāve missed you all!
Our oldest, [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Tide[/name_m], is sixteen now! While everyone always warned us about the teenage years, heās been pretty chill and laid-back. He asked us a few years ago to stop calling him [name_m]Teddy[/name_m], which made me so sad, but he goes by [name_m]Theo[/name_m] now, which suits him well! He still loves to have fun and can often be found playing video games, surfing, and hanging out with friends.
[name_m]August[/name_m] [name_m]Orlando[/name_m] [name_m]Salter[/name_m] is twelve and is such a kind, thoughtful boy. He can be sensitive and moody, especially at this age, but heās a sweet boy and always goes out of his way to help others feel appreciated. He likes middle school, and although he doesnāt have as many friends as [name_m]Theo[/name_m] does, heās very close with his best friend, [name_m]Jack[/name_m]. [name_m]Gus[/name_m] loves to read, draw, and listen to music.
[name_f]Sadie[/name_f] [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Sailor[/name_f] is ten now! She is shy and quiet and gets along well with [name_m]Gus[/name_m]. Sheās soft-spoken and very mature - she seems to understand more than most kids do. She loves animals, as you can see from this picture of her and her new kitten, [name_f]Mira[/name_f]! She says she wants to be a vet and I believe she will be an amazing one.
[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Romeo[/name_m] [name_m]Coast[/name_m] is eight! He is so active and energetic itās hard to keep up with him some days. Heās vibrant and has a huge personality. He often gets in trouble at school because he struggles with staying seated and quiet, but he loves learning and exploring. His favorite thing in the world right now is soccer and he spends hours every day practicing in the back yard. I think heās gotten pretty good at it!
Our last but not least, [name_m]Rufus[/name_m] [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] [name_m]Reef[/name_m], is six now! Heās very opinionated and full of life. Heās a little firecracker and is sometimes prone to anger, but he also stands up for what he believes in and wonāt back down from a challenge. Heās very smart and loves to read chapter books and learn about science and math.
