Family middle names: use 2 when DD has 1?

So we are definitely using family names as middles. [name_f]One[/name_f] issue is that I had [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] (after both my great-grandparents whom I loved) as a possible FN/MN combo but the popularity is too much for me so I was considering (instead of [name_m]Davis[/name_m] or [name_m]Talmadge[/name_m] as a middle) going with

[name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] S
Roseline [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] S

In general, I dislike first names in the middle, but might be the one exception because of the meaning. My daughter has one middle from my husband’s side so even though I know it’s not a huge issue, what do you prefer? Stick with one that’s a surname or mix it up with 2 middles?

In case it’s not clear, the top name combinations on the list now for a girl are Roseline [name_m]Talmadge[/name_m], Roseline [name_m]Davis[/name_m], and [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] [name_m]Davis[/name_m].
