I like [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] and [name_m]Vincent[/name_m], and both go well with [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] but are a bit more unusual. Are you thinking of using the Italian names in the middle spot?

I was torn between [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] and [name_m]Vincent[/name_m]–I think both go great with [name_m]Thomas[/name_m].

Absolutely love [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] and [name_m]Vincent[/name_m], in that order. [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] is nice too but as your son’s middle name I wouldn’t use it again. [name_m]Even[/name_m] if that weren’t the case, [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] would still be my top pick with [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] and [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] vying for 2nd.

I love [name_m]Vincent[/name_m], [name_u]Nico[/name_u] and [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m]! My little Italian babies are [name_m]Raphael[/name_m] and [name_m]Rocco[/name_m] [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m]. [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] and [name_u]Nico[/name_u] were high on my list!
