Also quite curious how is it “more likely” that you will have a boy?
[name]Felix[/name] was my first choice, then it would be [name]Eliot[/name] after that.

If I was having a boy, I had been considering using [name]Elliot[/name] as a middle name.
I would say not [name]Thatcher[/name] (thatching ground, amkes me think of ancient Greek let’s-go-crazy festivals).
[name]Elliot[/name] is okay (spelled this way), but [name]Elly[/name] isn’t very masculine to me.
[name]Felix[/name] is again okay, but the x puts me off, as well as any nickname possiblity. (Feely?)
[name]Hugo[/name]…all I see is the movie, even though I’ve never seen the movie. If I hadn’t seen posters, I sould just think of a huge old man.
So anything but [name]Thatcher[/name]. [name]Elliot[/name] is softer, more musical sounding. [name]Felix[/name] is the most modern and harshest sounding. [name]Hugo[/name] is vintage and a touch foreign. So if you know your general ideas for girls, see which style pops out.
Genetics. My husband’s family would all die of shock if he helped produce a girl. It just doesn’t happen.

I like [name]Elliot[/name], Felux, and [name]Hugo[/name] just about equally! I like [name]Hugo[/name] better as a FN, so that got my vote, but as a name on its own, I love all three just about equally.

I had [name]Fletcher[/name] on my list for a while. But the more times I say it, the less appealing it becomes. It’s the “Fle” sound at the beginning…reminds me of phlegm.
I voted for [name]Hugo[/name] as my number 1. [name]Elliot[/name] and [name]Felix[/name] are also great so any of these 3 would be perfect!
