So this is a game I play on my own every day! (I know, I’m a geek!) [name]Every[/name] day I look at the “List of the [name]Day[/name]” on the Home [name]Page[/name] and ask myself if I had to name a child using only this list what would I pick? (Have to use the same spelling, but can use a nickname.)

today it’s so hard, i [name]LOVE[/name] british names for girls! i really really love almost all the names on the list, but my favorite that i would actually use is [name]Beatrix[/name]… i looooooove [name]Beatrix[/name]!
Though, if I actually lived in Great [name]Britain[/name], I’d be really tempted to use [name]Clover[/name], I just love [name]Clover[/name], but I don’t think it’d go over too well in [name]America[/name].
This is a fun idea!
I’m going to pick [name]Flora[/name]. It’s on my list. And I love the nickname [name]Florie[/name].

today is streamlined names… I don’t like this list too much, but I’ll pick [name]Minta[/name] for [name]Araminta[/name]… though if I had a little [name]Araminta[/name], I’d probably call her [name]Minty[/name]!
Streamlined Names is what’s showing as my list of the day. From this one, I’d pick [name]Colm[/name] and [name]Livia[/name]. Interestingly, I don’t care for the name [name]Olivia[/name], but I find the shortened form far more appealing.
From Streamlined names: [name]Minta[/name], although I’d actually use [name]Araminta[/name] and call her [name]Minna[/name] ([name]Minty[/name]'s a My [name]Little[/name] Pony!)
haha, [name]Lola[/name]… I actually think the My [name]Little[/name] Pony is what makes me like the name [name]Minty[/name]… I was really into them when I was a kid, and I just love her colors!

I would have to say [name]Milla[/name] ([name]Camilla[/name] is a family name) and [name]Tilda[/name]. I don’t love [name]Matilda[/name], but it’s growing on me. And I love [name]Tilda[/name] and [name]Tilly[/name] as nicknames.
I would choose [name]Drea[/name] from today’s list.
Mineral and Metal Names:
My favorite is [name]Jet[/name] because it’s one of my nicknames for my brother.

By process of elimination, I’d go with [name]Emery[/name].

I think I’m going to go with [name]Slate[/name], even though it’s pretty soap opera-y. I almost said [name]Emery[/name], but I know a little guy named [name]Emory[/name] and people call him [name]Em[/name] which I think is terrible! I love [name]Micah[/name], but can’t do the “[name]Mica[/name]” spelling. So [name]Slate[/name] it is!
