If I had to choose. [name]Raphael[/name]. - [name]Robert[/name] I love though.
[name]Rainier[/name] this time too, it’s fabulous!!!
I voted [name]Rainier[/name], as that’s my favorite of the ones listed as they are. However, I love the simple [name]Ross[/name], and if it had been [name]Ross[/name] instead of [name]Roscoe[/name], that would have won my vote (and heart!) in a second. 
Still voting for [name]Rupert[/name]. I’d like to argue that instead of being a “weaker [name]Robert[/name]”, [name]Rupert[/name] is distinctive, familiar-yet-uncommon and handsome! I also love the meaning, and the nickname Ru/[name]Rue[/name].
I voted for [name]Raphael[/name] before, this time I voted for [name]Raphael[/name] and [name]Rainier[/name].
Looking at your thoughts about each name though, it seems to me that your leaning towards either [name]Rafferty[/name] or [name]Rainier[/name]. Based on your thoughts, I’d cut [name]Rupert[/name] and [name]Roscoe[/name], seems like your not very excited about them. If the religious connections are too heavy with you in regards to [name]Raphael[/name], it sounds like this one may get cut too (it is a quite a strong religious religious connection, but not as ‘only Biblical’ to me as some other names, like [name]Elijah[/name] or [name]Ezekiel[/name] or something).
You really seem to really like [name]Rainier[/name] a lot (I do too). I say go for that one.
I like [name]Rainier[/name] the best, though I also voted for [name]Raphael[/name]. I don’t like [name]Roscoe[/name], but I like [name]Ross[/name].
[name]Rainier[/name] could also be called [name]Rain[/name] or [name]Ray[/name]! I think this one is the best.
