I’ve noticed that the name [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] seems to have the most nickname potential and the most variations from everything from [name_f]Elle[/name_f] to [name_f]Elspeth[/name_f] to [name_f]Liz[/name_f] to [name_u]Izzy[/name_u] to [name_f]Bess[/name_f].

My fave is [name_f]Beth[/name_f]. My least fave is [name_f]Annabeth[/name_f].

My favorite nicknames for [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] are:

I have a friend with Hungarian parents whose name is Erzsebet and who goes by Erzsi. It’s adorable, but she almost always has to tell people how to pronounce it, and even then they sometimes struggle. For a good long while just went by [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].
