Ignore silly people who voted [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], most natural full name for [name_f]Effie[/name_f] is [name_f]Euphemia[/name_f] or another F heavy name like [name_f]Raphaela[/name_f] or similar.
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] is also a good choice for [name_f]Effie[/name_f].

I know [name_f]Effie[/name_f] is traditionally a nickname for [name_f]Euphemia[/name_f], but whenever I see [name_f]Effie[/name_f] I always think about [name_f]Ephigenia[/name_f] and really like the idea.

I voted [name_f]Ffion[/name_f] (my favourite), [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] (a classic) and [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]/[name_f]Serafina[/name_f] (a bold and interesting way to get there).

[name_m]How[/name_m] about other F- names like [name_f]Freya[/name_f], [name_f]Florence[/name_f], [name_f]Fenella[/name_f] or [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], or something with a clearer “ef” sound like [name_f]Persephone[/name_f]?

I always thought this would be a great nickname for [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f]! (Or [name_f]Stefania[/name_f]/Stefana if you think that updates it?)

But from your choices I like [name_f]Ffion[/name_f], [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], or [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]

I agree with “F” initials working well, as well

I personally love [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] as a full name for [name_f]Effie[/name_f]! A lot of people say “Fi” anyway, so [name_f]Effie[/name_f] isn’t a far stretch. I also love [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]/[name_f]Serafina[/name_f]!

I voted for [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] but I also like the suggestion of [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f]

My favorite of the listed options would be [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f], but I also like the suggestion of [name_f]Persephone[/name_f].

If you’d like something more traditional, I’d go with [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] nn [name_f]Effie[/name_f].

I’ve always liked [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] or [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] as a longer form for [name_f]Effie[/name_f]

[name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] is my favorite of the options!

I have known an [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] that went by [name_f]Effie[/name_f]. I think that’s very sweet
