Hello berries!
I’m just curious to see if anyone had any favourite names as a child that they remember
For example, at one stage I recall my favourite names being Millicent, Josephine and Lavender. If you don’t mind sharing, what were your favourites?
EDIT: I love reading everyones’ favourites from when they were a child! Thank you for posting!
i remember [name_f]Lola[/name_f], [name_f]Ava[/name_f], [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f], & [name_f]Evie[/name_f] being big favourites, as well as pretty much any flower names. i think [name_m]Tommy[/name_m] was the only boy name i liked.
When I was younger, I loved the name [name_f]Violet[/name_f], as well as [name_f]Abigail[/name_f], [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f], [name_m]Raphael[/name_m], and [name_m]Octavian[/name_m]
When I first became interested in names as a child I thought [name_f]English[/name_f] names were really cool (I was living in Iceland). So my first favorites were names like [name_u]Ashley[/name_u], [name_f]Vicky[/name_f] and [name_u]Taylor[/name_u].
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved [name_f]English[/name_f] names. Mainly because [name_f]English[/name_f] is my preferred language, and that was really relevant for me whenever I was living in countries in which [name_f]English[/name_f] wasn’t mainly spoken because those kind of names were familiar and were the most compatible with that language. [name_f]My[/name_f] favourites as a kid were [name_u]Jack[/name_u], [name_u]Charlie[/name_u], [name_u]Michael[/name_u], [name_f]Molly[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], and [name_f]Emma[/name_f].
I had eclectic taste … I remembering loving [name_f]Gwen[/name_f], [name_f]Anjali[/name_f], [name_f]Carys[/name_f], [name_f]Alivia[/name_f], [name_u]Henry[/name_u], [name_u]Oliver[/name_u], [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], [name_f]Eva[/name_f], and [name_f]Esther[/name_f] when I was pretty young!
I remember when I was 9 I said I would have three children: [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Lyn[/name_u], [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] [name_u]Michael[/name_u], & [name_u]Hadley[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. I still love these names today, as they are on my list, they just aren’t at the #1 spot.
[name_f]Emily[/name_f] (and by extension Emilia) because it was the name of Sara’s doll in The [name_m]Little[/name_m] [name_f]Princess[/name_f]. I also remember liking [name_m]Aapo[/name_m] for a boy!
I remember really liking word names- [name_u]Indigo[/name_u], [name_u]Ash[/name_u], [name_u]Austin[/name_u], [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], [name_f]Hope[/name_f], [name_u]Sky[/name_u], [name_u]Rune[/name_u], True… I also loved [name_f]Christina[/name_f], [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], and [name_m]Simon[/name_m].
Oof Karai, [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Astrid[/name_f] were some of my favorites when I was younger (about 6 or 7?). When I was a bit older, about 10, my favorites were [name_f]Una[/name_f], [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_u]Blue[/name_u]. When I was 12 that’s when I started really really looking through names, that’s when I found my lovely [name_m]Osiris[/name_m] but I also really loved [name_u]Harlow[/name_u], [name_m]Uri[/name_m], [name_u]Oliver[/name_u], [name_u]Penn[/name_u], [name_f]Faye[/name_f] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] (b)
