[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everyone! I posted on here before and you guys are such a big help! I think we are leaning toward [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] for our baby girl…her big sis is [name_f]Rose[/name_f] but I wanted to ask if you all preferred [name_f]Faye[/name_f] or [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]…or out of curiosity, any short but sweet baby girl nature names you can think of? (Our last name is [name_m]Moss[/name_m]. Thanks, you’re all the best!
I think [name_f]Faye[/name_f] is lovely with [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Faye[/name_f] are sweet and romantic. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] are sweet and spunky.
You are so right @boyandgirl! The vibes are different, we are having a rough time, lol (thankfully we still have several months to decide!)
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Faye[/name_f]!
[name_m]How[/name_m] about…
[name_f]Lark[/name_f]
[name_f]Flora[/name_f]
[name_u]Rue[/name_u]
[name_u]Bryn[/name_u]
[name_f]Iris[/name_f]
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] with [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! I say go for it.
I like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] best with [name_f]Rose[/name_f], but I think [name_f]Faye[/name_f] works too-- it’s cleaner and more elegant compared to the more jolly [name_f]Lucy[/name_f].
Some other possibilities:
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] and
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Helen[/name_f]
[name_f]Irene[/name_f]
[name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Laura[/name_f]
[name_f]Mary[/name_f]
[name_f]Sarah[/name_f]
[name_f]Willa[/name_f]
Both are really sweet but I prefer [name_f]Faye[/name_f]. It’s just so beautifully simple and I think it pairs perfectly with [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. Good luck.
Upon mention of your surname, I was tempted to side with [name_f]Faye[/name_f] due to the repeated single-syllable S-prominent names together which I initially found a little abrupt and hiss-y, however, as [name_f]Rose[/name_f] goes along this line already, I think it’d be nice to continue that and go with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] are very sweet together, and the full names actually sound quite upbeat & zesty with their single-syllable S-prominence.
Both [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Faye[/name_f] are lovely and go with [name_f]Rose[/name_f] but considering your surname I’d go with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. [name_f]Faye[/name_f] [name_m]Moss[/name_m] sounds like Famous
Both [name_f]Faye[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] pair well with [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. My preference is [name_f]Faye[/name_f] because I hardly ever hear it so to me ear it’s more special.
