Looking for feedback on the name “[name]Merryn[/name]”. Cornish saint name. Honest opinions needed.
I really like it.
It’s not terrible, but honestly, it doesn’t really do anything for me. Unless it has some special significance, I think there are prettier and more interesting names out there. And a lot of people wouldn’t realize it’s a saint’s name, so it seems kind of made up. Sorry.
It’s sort of pretty, but I agree with the above poster that unless it has something special for you, it isn’t an awfully interesting name. I much prefer [name]Meryl[/name], a name that has so many wonderful namesakes and is very pretty and classy in itself.
Its okay but the spelling looks made up to me. [name]Marin[/name] would be far better, or even Meryn. [name]Merryn[/name] reminds me of [name]Merry[/name] go rounds and the word ‘[name]Merry[/name]’ is all I really see when I look at it. It has a pretty sound, but visually isnt very appealing.
