I added some new ones and revisited some previous combos that I had taken off my list because my husband didn’t like them. Well now that I am not pregnant, this is just for fun or collecting for a future brother for [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_u]Reese[/name_u], and maybe some of these are worth trying to convince my husband on next time. I love [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] [name_m]Jack[/name_m] and [name_m]Desmond[/name_m] [name_m]Clive[/name_m]! They sound so handsome and I think they fit perfectly with your son’s name. [name_f]My[/name_f] other favorites are [name_m]Leonardo[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u], [name_u]Wyatt[/name_u] [name_u]Asher[/name_u], [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] [name_u]Archer[/name_u] and [name_u]Grady[/name_u] [name_m]Christopher[/name_m]. The other ones aren’t my style :slightly_smiling_face:

August [name_u]George[/name_u] is amazing. With the first, so versatile & a lot of NN potential. [name_u]George[/name_u] is a classic & putting it in the middle isn’t weird but still keeps it alive. :slight_smile:

Thank you I love [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_u]George[/name_u]. I had [name_m]Augustus[/name_m] [name_u]George[/name_u] on my list when I was pregnant and husband really didn’t like it. Wondering if he would like [name_u]August[/name_u] better. He doesn’t like the nicknames [name_u]Gus[/name_u] or [name_m]Auggie[/name_m]. I feel [name_u]August[/name_u] can stand more alone without nicknames than [name_m]Augustus[/name_m]. We both love [name_u]George[/name_u]. Im planning to revisit this combination if we have another boy.

Wyatt [name_u]Asher[/name_u] made it into our top three. I feel it clashes with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] now though. We ultimately ruled it out because [name_u]Wyatt[/name_u] has gotten so popular where we live.

Lachlan and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] were also vetoed but I cant let them go without another try! Sometimes my husband comes around to names so I’ll see!

Sullivan [name_m]Jack[/name_m] is my favorite with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_u]Reese[/name_u]!

I’d have to say my favourites are [name_u]Wyatt[/name_u] [name_u]Asher[/name_u], [name_m]Leonardo[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u], [name_u]Asher[/name_u] [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u], [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] [name_m]Wes[/name_m] and [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_u]George[/name_u]! These go beautifully with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] Resse as well.

Adler Morrison -a tad too surnamey for me and reminds me a bit of two supermarkets, sorry. [name_u]Adler[/name_u] [name_m]Monty[/name_m]?
Rafael Casper -this is so beautiful and cool
Marshall Amelian or Marshall Auden - [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] [name_u]Auden[/name_u] is so friendly
Tavian Russell - [name_m]Tavian[/name_m] is so fresh! I love it
Vittorio Clive -this feels very different to [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] and I’m not sure on it
Leonardo Everett - charming and bright
Logan Evander -rugged and habdsome
Lionell Dax -I prefer the [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] spelling but I love the flow of this
Wyatt Asher -quite nice
Lachlan Archer -earthy and cool
Clifton Dane -a bit harsh for my tastes but it’s interesting
Desmond Salvator or Desmond Clive -[name_m]Desmond[/name_m] [name_m]Salvator[/name_m] is dreamy and full of flair
Grady Christopher - quite nice and charming
Asher Lawrence -sweet and cheerful
Easton Alcott -cool and fresh

Here are my thoughts on the list-

Sullivan [name_m]Jack[/name_m]-I think that [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] is fine. I should like it more, because it’s interesting & smart & Gaelic. Totally my style! I just can’t get into it that much, but do think that [name_u]Sully[/name_u] is cute. It goes fairly well w/Elliott. I love [name_m]Jack[/name_m] as a fn, & usually think that it sounds off as a mn. If it’s an honor name though, go for it.

Adler [name_m]Morrison[/name_m]-Cool unique combo. I don’t much care for [name_u]Adler[/name_u], but it’s not awful.

Rafael [name_m]Casper[/name_m]-That’s beautiful. [name_u]Strong[/name_u], interesting, exotic, artsy & gentle yet masculine. I love the nn [name_u]Rafe[/name_u] well.

Marshall Amelian or [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] [name_u]Auden[/name_u]-[name_m]Marshall[/name_m] [name_u]Auden[/name_u] is much nicer. Amelian just reminds me of the word alien. [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] is kind of refreshing. Solid yet under used. It’s not my personal favorite, but I’d be excited to meet a little tyke named this anyway.

Tavian [name_m]Russell[/name_m]-Meh, I don’t love that. I don’t think that these names go together, & [name_m]Tavian[/name_m] seems like it’s incomplete somehow.

Vittorio [name_m]Clive[/name_m]-I’ve never heard this name, but it’s certainly interesting. I really like the [name_m]Clive[/name_m] part.

Leonardo [name_u]Everett[/name_u]-I like [name_m]Leonardo[/name_m] in theory. It’s strong & exotic & kind of quirky. I just don’t love the ‘nard’ sound for some reason.

Logan [name_m]Evander[/name_m]-Meh, [name_u]Logan[/name_u] is a little boring.

Lionell [name_m]Dax[/name_m]-I think that [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] looks better. I should like this name, because I love [name_m]Linus[/name_m]. I feel like it’s almost too nerdy for me though, which is weird. Kind of fun paired w/Dax.

Wyatt [name_u]Asher[/name_u]-That’s a good solid handsome slightly cowboy-ish name. I like it.

Lachlan [name_u]Archer[/name_u]-Ooh, I love this. Very handsome & great w/Elliott [name_u]Reese[/name_u].

Clifton [name_u]Dane[/name_u]-Hm, [name_m]Clifton[/name_m] is kind of cool. I can totally see a little Clif being spunky & clever.

Desmond [name_m]Salvator[/name_m] or [name_m]Desmond[/name_m] [name_m]Clive[/name_m]-Totally love them both. Super dapper! Perfect w/Elliott.

Grady [name_m]Christopher[/name_m]-I think that [name_u]Grady[/name_u] is cute & kind of sporty. [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] is a totally fine mn. It doesn’t sparkle, but it’s solid.

Asher [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]-I don’t mind [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u], but this combo doesn’t flow that well to me. [name_u]Asher[/name_u] is really lovely. A good balance of manly & gentle & artsy. Nice w/Elliott.

Easton [name_u]Alcott[/name_u]-Cool combo, but [name_u]Easton[/name_u] is just too trendy for my tastes.

Sutton [name_m]Wes[/name_m]-I don’t mind it, but I feel like this is used for girls too much & a little hard to say?

Grant [name_m]Alaric[/name_m]-Perfectly fine & good w/Elliott. Doesn’t sparkle for me.

August [name_u]George[/name_u]-That’s just lovely.

Noah MacLaine-Is MacLaine an honor name? Seems like an odd choice otherwise. [name_u]Noah[/name_u] is good. [name_m]Just[/name_m] very popular.

Donovan [name_m]Cormac[/name_m]-No reason I shouldn’t like this, but can’t get into [name_m]Donovan[/name_m].

Aven [name_m]Dermot[/name_m]-Not quite sure how to say this, but I don’t care for it. It seems incomplete somehow.

Love your feedback! [name_u]Wyatt[/name_u] [name_u]Asher[/name_u] was high on our list but now I feel like the double tts at the end is too themey/rhymey with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u].

I meant to spell [name_u]Lionell[/name_u] as [name_u]Lionel[/name_u]. I need to stop with the double letters so much! I kinda like nerdy or cowboy names. I dont know what it is!

I wasn’t sure about [name_u]Logan[/name_u] either. I like it in theory. A close friend of mine said he was going to use it so it was off limits but now he’s not planning to have kids so I am revisiting it. I know its probably popular but I have never met one…I much prefer [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]- really hoping I can get my husband to come around on it!

Sullivan [name_m]Jack[/name_m] - cuddly, PERFECT combo. I love him. Perfect little brother to [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]!
[name_u]Adler[/name_u] [name_m]Morrison[/name_m] - LOVE [name_u]Adler[/name_u]; my issue is I can never find a way to pair him up I like. [name_m]Morrison[/name_m]’s not really my thing but I love [name_u]Adler[/name_u]!
[name_m]Rafael[/name_m] [name_m]Casper[/name_m] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Caspar[/name_m] (he’s on my top 2!), and like [name_m]Rafael[/name_m] for the nn [name_u]Rafa[/name_u] which I adore ([name_u]Rafe[/name_u] is also nice!). I would prefer [name_m]Caspar[/name_m] [name_u]Rafa[/name_u] myself, but that’s just personal taste.
[name_m]Marshall[/name_m] Amelian/Auden - Not a huge [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] fan, but it works with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]. I would love to see [name_u]Auden[/name_u] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] as a little brother to [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_u]Reese[/name_u]!
[name_m]Tavian[/name_m] [name_m]Russell[/name_m] - prefer [name_m]Octavian[/name_m], but it’s nice, and flows well.

Avery [name_m]Dermot[/name_m] would be stunning :heart_eyes: I do love [name_u]Avery[/name_u] on a boy but unfortunately we have a little girl [name_u]Avery[/name_u] in the family already.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! I agree with so much of what you said! I struggle with boy names and my husband is harder to convince on boy names or even tell me which ones he even likes. Naming [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] was a process! So we will see what sticks. He really liked [name_m]Brantley[/name_m] last time which I’m okay with. Its not a bad sounding name, but it just does not feel the most substantial. And then he suggested [name_m]Keith[/name_m] which I vetoed as I dont have good associations with the name.
