I’ve been trying to think of a middle name for one of my favorite names, [name_f]Alena[/name_f]. I was looking at a list of “animal name” names, which I typically don’t care for, but [name_u]Dove[/name_u] really caught my eye. I love the symbolism behind it and the word/name evokes a beautiful, pure, peaceful feeling. I also really think [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_u]Dove[/name_u] has a special ring to it.
What do you guys think? Y’all can be honest…it’s just an idea and I haven’t run it by my husband yet lol 
I think [name_f]Alena[/name_f] [name_u]Dove[/name_u] is lovely! It feels very simplistic and uncomplicated, yet elegant, which I really like. [name_f]Alena[/name_f]'s one of those no-fuss girls names, so an equally un-fussy MN like [name_u]Dove[/name_u] seems perfect!

I agree with the previous poster, it’s a really beautiful name yet unique still. [name_u]Dove[/name_u] makes anyone think of the beautiful white bird and no doubt a little girl named this would be just as beautiful. I do prefer the spelling [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_u]Dove[/name_u] but that’s completely personal. You could get some really cute nicknames with that too, Dovey, [name_f]Lovey[/name_f], [name_u]Allie[/name_u](or [name_f]Ellie[/name_f])-[name_u]Dove[/name_u] - lol I’m just thinking them up on the top of my head. But yeah its a big thumbs up on it from me
@catzixo: I do like the [name_f]Elena[/name_f] spelling as well! The [name_f]Alena[/name_f] spelling is because it was the name of one of my ancestors. My dad said that’s how they spelled it and I just was really drawn to that spelling I love the possible nicknames! They’re so sweet! Thanks
