thoughts on the names

fox star
indie isla
aspen cove
nova wylder

[name_m]Fox[/name_m] [name_f]Star[/name_f] sounds like a stage name to me. I like [name_m]Fox[/name_m] and [name_f]Star[/name_f] individually, but together they just don’t work. I also like [name_m]Fox[/name_m] on a boy, but that’s just my preference

The alliteration in [name_f]Indie[/name_f] [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is pleasing, but they are both two syllables and don’t flow very well in my opinion.

[name_u]Aspen[/name_u] [name_m]Cove[/name_m] is my favorite name on your list. The only thing that would give me pause is that it does sound like a place name rather than a child’s.

[name_f]Nova[/name_f] Wylder would appeal to me much more if Wylder was spelled [name_m]Wilder[/name_m]. I quite like the name [name_f]Nova[/name_f], but I’m not crazy about the middle name.

I hope this was helpful!

[name_f]Indie[/name_f] is my favourite of your first names but if I can move names around a bit and suggesst [name_f]Indie[/name_f] Wylder?

[name_f]Indie[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]
[name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_f]Nova[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Indie[/name_f])

[name_m]Fox[/name_m] [name_f]Star[/name_f] is a bit over the top for me - more like a stage name. I think [name_m]Fox[/name_m] and [name_f]Star[/name_f] both work individually and with a more traditional name to balance one out. I also prefer [name_m]Fox[/name_m] for a boy.

[name_f]Indie[/name_f] [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is sweet, and the alliteration is adorable. [name_u]Indiana[/name_u] could be a longer name option as well!

[name_u]Aspen[/name_u] [name_m]Cove[/name_m] is spunky and fresh, though I do prefer [name_m]Cove[/name_m] for a boy - it works in the middle spot though.

[name_f]Nova[/name_f] Wylder - I adore [name_f]Nova[/name_f], it’s a strong and interesting name. I could get used to [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] on a girl in the middle spot (much prefer it for a boy), but I definitely dislike the Y spelling.

I agree with the other commenters, [name_m]Fox[/name_m] [name_f]Star[/name_f] sounds a little too much like a stage name. Instead of [name_f]Star[/name_f], maybe you could look at other names that mean star? [name_m]Fox[/name_m] [name_f]Estelle[/name_f], maybe?

Again, I agree with the other commenters. I love the alliteration, but [name_f]Indie[/name_f] is too nicknamey for me personally. I like the suggestion of [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] nn [name_f]Indie[/name_f], though!

[name_u]Aspen[/name_u] [name_m]Cove[/name_m] is cute! I like it. It has a really nice flow to it.

My favorite is [name_f]Nova[/name_f] Wylder, but personally I think I’d spell it [name_f]Nova[/name_f] [name_m]Wilder[/name_m]—[name_f]Nova[/name_f] is already unusual enough, so I think the traditional spelling would help to balance it out a little. It sounds so lovely and just a bit feisty.

I wouldn’t give my daughter the name Fox as in many places a woman being labelled a fox really isn’t complimentary, and it could cause her embarrassment. My favourites on your list are Nova, Isla, and Aspen.
