AF is suppose to show up tomorrow and obviously I do not want it to. Usually spotting happens for me the day before my period which would be today and nothing has showed up. But I have had annoying dull cramps for the past two weeks or sometimes gas feeling cramps. I also have had a milky white discharge (TMI sorry) but that only started so I am guessing its just do to my period coming? Did you berries who are now expecting or already moms go through this? The anticipation is killing me. But I have a feeling efforts this month did not work. I know I should just wait and see for tomorrow but I am impatient.

Sorry, S, that sounds like normal period symptoms to me :(.
I used to spot a little before my period for the first ten-ish years I had it, but when I reached my early-mid 20’s it stopped. Might just be your body growing up.

I know, its so hard to wait when you think you might be pregnant.
Actually, mild cramps & milky white discharge are often common in early pregnancy - its a result of the uteran wall lining thickening. Hormones.
Wait to test I always feel crampy early in pregnancy. This is my third. Discharge also very normal. I know you want it right and I’m hoping for the best.

Its nice to hear what happened before you tested and found out you were expecting. I guess I just can’t fathom how it did not work after us trying to whole time through ovulation. And I think that is why I get so upset gahhh. I know woman don’t get pregnant right away but I thought it would just happen for me.
I think it really depends what’s normal for you before your period. I never had discharge like I did while pregnant (whitish, clearish, etc) and my cramps were more the “period any second now!” strong cramps than normal ones earlier on. So yes, could be, but Id pay more attention to whether it feels different for your cycle.

All the pregnant symptoms are basically my period systems they are so parallel with each other. The only thing that was was different this time was I had cramps for two weeks straight after we tried. That never happens. It usually is just the days I am ovulating which is usually the 14th or 15th day then its more of the emotional and irritable behavior happening lol. I mean I know we can try next month its just depressing when it doesn’t work. And I have a feeling this month is not our month.

Unfortunately, period symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are really similar! If AF doesn’t come tomorrow, you could probably test and get a reliable result. [name]How[/name] many DPO are you? Good luck!

sarah- if I calculated correctly when determine my ovulation day which was probably the 15th day which happaned to be Julyy 15th lol it will be 16DPO tomorrow.
cvdutch3- No answer yet! If AF does not appear tomorrow I am going to test and see what the answer is. I am hoping we have [name]ZERO[/name] AF! My stomach is in knots.
Hmm…you should get a positive by 16DPO if you’re pregnant. Hoping you get your BFP tomorrow!
I tested way earlier than 16dpo so it came back negative ill see if anything show up today if not then ill go grab another test! Keep fingers crossed AF is no where to be found!
[name]Just[/name] a tip, you should try to always test first thing in the morning, it will be more accurate especially early on in the pregnancy!

Test in the morning! I’m getting excited over here, we could be pregnancy buddies ;)! Is your period usually super accurate? Mine sometime showed up a day early or late… But if you’re not pregnant I suggest you two take a few days off work the next time you ovulate and get to some serious business…

@ott- my period is dead on every time it’s the same process every time. I always spot the day before then full blown AF the next day with bad cramps. I keep feeling these dull cramps and lower back pain. So far nothing has showed up yet today. Only white discharge. I’m keeping my fingers tightly crossed. If it shows I will be bummed out but there is always next month. And I’m definitely getting a kit then well get down to business lol

With a home test definitely make sure you test with your first-pee-of-the-day, before you have anything to eat or drink. If you test later in the day you will probably get a negative result early in your pregnancy.
At the doctor’s office their tests are more sensitive, you could always go into the clinic and get tested there later in the day.
