Felicity Ruth Iris Lastname?

I’m getting pretty set on this, but I see a lot of people very divided over the fact that I want to use two middle names. The first name honours my husbands mom, the middle name [name]Ruth[/name] honours my mom, and the middle name [name]Iris[/name] we both simply like - it means rainbow and was a Greek goddess who delivered messages from heaven to earth riding on rainbows! We already have a daughter named [name]Elena[/name] [name]Rose[/name] Lastname. Thoughts??

I think it’s fine. I like [name]Ruth[/name] [name]Iris[/name] for tying to [name]Rose[/name] - you have a short R name and a flower. I would like just [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Iris[/name] or [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Ruth[/name] too. [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Iris[/name] [name]Ruth[/name] sounds good too. You could hyphenate, [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Iris[/name]-[name]Ruth[/name] / [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Ruth[/name]-[name]Iris[/name]. Or same [name]Iris[/name] for a future child if it’s possible. These are all favorites of mine and I’d love to meet sisters [name]Elena[/name] and [name]Felicity[/name] or [name]Elena[/name], [name]Felicity[/name], and [name]Iris[/name].

I think it’s a nice combo. My final word will depend on your child’s last initial. With the initials FRI, there would be danger ahead if your last name were for example [name]Campbell[/name] or Keller. In the UK, last names beginning with G would be a problem.

It is a nice combo. I think I like [name]Iris[/name] in front of [name]Ruth[/name] better, but it doesn’t really matter since they are mn’s.

lol good point!!! Luckily our last name starts with an M!!! FRIM! lol

I love the sound of [name]Iris[/name] for a first name as well, only problem is it wouldn’t go well with our last name: our last name is Myhill. [name]Iris[/name] Myhill to me sounds too much like I rest my hill for some reason lol
