I personally love [name_u]James[/name_u] on people and babies of any gender but while it goes with every first name imaginable it is powerfully resistant to middle names that flow. It seems to work best with names with the emphasis on the second syllable, but I’m always coming up empty on those.
What I’m thinking on:
[name_u]James[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] (doesn’t flow beautifully, but cute and classic)
[name_u]James[/name_u] [name_u]Marie[/name_u] (flows nicely, but feels a bit outdated to stick [name_u]Marie[/name_u] in the middle)
[name_u]James[/name_u] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] (pretty, not much flow)
[name_u]James[/name_u] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] (cute, but feels a little bit like they should be flipped)
It is a really high priority for me in this case that the name does flow nicely - obviously not always a requirement, but would love for it to fall in line with something like a [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] or [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. Any ideas appreciated!
I really like the sound of your [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]!
