I’m really liking the name [name_m]Fergus[/name_m] at the moment but I haven’t seen it on here too often so I was just wondering, what does everyone think of it?
As a bonus, what middle names would you pair with it? I’m kind of liking [name_m]Fergus[/name_m] [name_m]Evander[/name_m] and [name_m]Fergus[/name_m] [name_m]Callum[/name_m] but I’m not sure.

I love [name_m]Fergus[/name_m]! I’m surprised by how underused it is, especially on this website.
It seems a bit like the more unique version of [name_m]Angus[/name_m]. It’s fun, a bit hipster and it has the cool nickname [name_u]Gus[/name_u].

I really like the suggestion of [name_m]Fergus[/name_m] [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] for you as well! I think [name_m]Fergus[/name_m] is an acquired taste, I can see how it might be unappealing to some because its really distinct sounding. I think its really cool and handsome and almost a bit fairy-tale-ish but not in a cheesy way. Idk why It puts off a nature name vibe to me I think of evergreens and moss- [name_m]Fergus[/name_m] [name_m]Evander[/name_m] is really handsome and unique but easily understood and pronounced. He sounds like a good and fair young king
I want to love [name_m]Fergus[/name_m], it’s got such a cool, hipstery vibe and just a touch of romantic with a fairytale feel but I just can’t stop hearing fungus whenever I see the name (and it makes me feel so bad because I really really REALLY want to love it).
Out of all your combos, [name_m]Fergus[/name_m] [name_m]Evander[/name_m] really is gorgeous, very…poised? I can’t think of the right term to describe it but I think of a very put together person who likes playing practical jokes and loves the outdoors.
I have exactly the same mixed feelings as @scholastica and couldn’t put it more vividly than she has! At the moment, I’m loving a fairly similar-sounding, [name_m]Magnus[/name_m].
