I have 4 teenagers with somewhat unique names -
Daughter: [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u]
Daughter: Larkyn (twin)
[name_m]Son[/name_m]: [name_m]Gryphon[/name_m] (twin)
[name_m]Son[/name_m]: [name_m]Gavin[/name_m]
I am now remarried to a wonderful fellow and am 13 weeks pregnant with a boy!
He is much more traditional minded than me, and would be happy to name the child with a popular, very traditional name. He does understand that something very ordinary will sound strange with the other kids’ names though so he’s willing to expand his horizons a bit. Also it will have to work in Hungarian as well. So far we have [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] on the list - they’re fine, but I don’t love them.
I’d love it if we could check the “mostly normal” “Hungarian” and “on theme with previous names (winged things)” boxes but I don’t know how likely it would be. (Pretty much all bird names have been nixed for one reason or another).
