I’ve been trying to come up with middle ideas for my current favourite, [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f].
And [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Fig[/name_f] popped into my head!
Is it ridiculous? If there’s [name_f]Olive[/name_f], [name_f]Plum[/name_f], [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], [name_f]Apple[/name_f]… why not [name_f]Fig[/name_f]?!

No more ridiculous than [name_f]Plum[/name_f] or [name_f]Apple[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] are a bit more established
Emmeline [name_f]Fig[/name_f] was cute. And as you said, why not?
It doesn’t sound appealing to me as a name, but I suppose it works.
I personally don’t love the sound of [name_f]Fig[/name_f], but it is cute and I think it totally works, especially as a middle. [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Fig[/name_f] is sweet!

I don’t think the sound is all that appealing (and I think it has a great potential to be misheard as Pig when said out loud) but I suppose it could work.

I am very here for [name_f]Fig[/name_f], it’s a delight to see someone find a combo for it! [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Fig[/name_f] is just sublime

The sound is rather off putting and honestly it just seems strange.
I think it’s cute! And it works well with a classic and established name like [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]. I do agree that [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] are more established than [name_f]Plum[/name_f], [name_f]Apple[/name_f] and [name_f]Fig[/name_f] but I think [name_f]Fig[/name_f] works, even if it is quite unique!
I think [name_f]Fig[/name_f] is cute! No negative associations enter my thoughts. It’s always fun to be a bit bold and daring with middle names!
It’s very cute but it’s another word for something trifling or unimportant, as in “I don’t give a fig”. A little outdated though I’m sure!
I don’t mind it but perhaps [name_u]Pip[/name_u] would be better?
I think it would be really a cute nickname for something! (Maybe something like [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_u]Finley[/name_u] [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]) as a given name the sounds a little too abrupt for my personal taste but it could work.

Hmmm [name_f]Fig[/name_f]. I kinda think its cute in a pet name kind of way. It might be a sweet nickname. I think it would be a cool surname. Not sure how I feel about it as a first or middle though. Its a bit cutesy. I dont like any fruit names so I’m probably not one to ask. Its not the worst though as far as fruit names go!
