[name_u]Bailey[/name_u] was insanely popular where I live around 10 years ago. So, it feels dated a bit. I would love to see [name_f]Brenna[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] as an option.
Firstly, I am so sorry for your loss.
[name_u]Bailey[/name_u] [name_f]Cora[/name_f]! So beautiful. You could even call her [name_u]Barry[/name_u] if you’d like to. Although, I love Bay. I do not know any Bailey’s so it doesn’t seem dated or overused. Cora is my youngests middle name. We get a lot of complements on it and most think it is a surprising middle name choice.
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] to me is pretty but seems a farther stretch to honor [name_u]Barry[/name_u]. I’ve known a couple so it’s less of a surprise hearing of it.
Although I like [name_f]Cora[/name_f] a lot, I’m not overly fond of [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] on a girl, therefore, [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] got my vote.
Maybe [name_m]Berenger[/name_m] nn berry as a middle?
I like [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] approximately 4 million times more;) JK - but I do really like it and it’s a great combo. The only [name_u]Bailey[/name_u]'s I know are dogs (3 canine [name_u]Bailey[/name_u]'s in my life). I think it’s a really common pet name. Then again so are names like [name_m]Jake[/name_m] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] which still work for kids, but I wanted to point that out.
Congratulations, @marn209!
Equally excited for you about the new little life to come, and sad for you about the loss of your father.
My top suggestion from your list:
[name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_u]Elias[/name_u] {and} [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_u]Berry[/name_u] {spelled like the fruit}
My top suggestion from your finalists:
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]
I think both are nice, but I chose [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] because that is one of my favourites. Congrats!
Thanks everyone, I appreciate the thoughts. We are not looking for other options (at least first) those are for sure our top and it took awhile to get there. I am open to new middle combos though, I like the suggestion of [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] celeste, and now that I have it in the poll I do like [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f].
I know the dog thing has been brought up, it is on my mind. But, there are so many names that people name pets I’m not sure they are lost for people. My pets are [name_u]Gus[/name_u] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] and I still like those names!
Again, thank you for voting and commenting, I am hoping we will just get the feeling when we finally get to hold her in our arms but it is nice to see and hear some outside comments
