All are lovely but I’m really liking [name]Iona[/name] and [name]Thea[/name]!
I think [name]Thea[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Clover[/name] is too “th” heavy. [name]Iona[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Clover[/name] is beautiful, as is [name]Edith[/name] [name]Lucy[/name]. Not a big fan of [name]Cosima[/name] though…
I really like [name]Edith[/name] and [name]Thea[/name]… I narrowly prefer [name]Edith[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Cosima[/name], mainly because I don’t like the alliteration of [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Clover[/name]. I do slightly prefer [name]Edith[/name] (especially with the nn [name]Edie[/name]) over [name]Thea[/name], but I don’t think you could go wrong with either.
Good luck!
I’d go with [name]Iona[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Cosima[/name], personally.
I suddenly started hearing the 'th’s in [name]Thea[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Clover[/name].
The dilemma is that [name]Catherine[/name] is a family name, and I am kind of set on including one family name for the baby.
We also could use: [name]Lucy[/name] or [name]Judith[/name].
[name]Thea[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Cosima[/name] is an option, but I just don’t love [name]Cosima[/name] in that name.
Any other suggestions for a ‘fun’ middle?
[name]Thea[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] ???
or
[name]Thea[/name] ??? [name]Judith[/name]
Our surname is three syllables, if that helps think up a name that flows.
Any suggestions would be a big help.
What about [name]Thea[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Catherine[/name]? It breaks up the “th” sounds quite nicely. I actually really like it.
I think [name]Thea[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Ottilia[/name] or even [name]Thea[/name] [name]Lucia[/name] [name]Ottilie[/name] would be cute…
[name]Edith[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Clover[/name] OR
[name]Thea[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Clover[/name].
[name]Edie[/name] is very cute
[name]Don[/name]'t like the [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Clover[/name] alliteration and don’t like [name]Cosima[/name].
I voted for [name]Thea[/name]…I love [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Edith[/name] [name]Catherine[/name]…
[name]Iona[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Clover[/name] is so beautiful!
[name]Thea[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name]
[name]Thea[/name] [name]Judy[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name]
[name]How[/name] about either of these? We’ve both always loved [name]Beatrix[/name], but never enough to use as a first name. Plus I don’t want to rule out being able to use [name]Jemima[/name] in future.
People seem to be hating the alliterated middle names in general kyemsma, so its a reassurance that at least one other person approves!
Not that i’m slating people’s honesty- keep with the honesty!
I like [name]Thea[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name], also, but still prefer [name]Iona[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Clover[/name]!
Thanks-
[name]Thea[/name] and [name]Iona[/name] are my favourites. Acoustically they have something warm and exciting about them.
I am increasingly neutral about the name [name]Edith[/name]…plus we already know a little [name]Edie[/name].
[name]Mark[/name] suggested [name]Iona[/name] [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] yesterday too, which I didn’t love. [name]Iona[/name] feels slightly less ‘soft’ than [name]Thea[/name] and so I think it needs softer named to balance it out (I think [name]Catherine[/name] and [name]Clover[/name] are both in the category of ‘soft names’)
I just love [name]Iona[/name] and [name]Thea[/name], but I think the full [name]Iona[/name] combo sounds better, so that got my vote.
