I’m down to my final four ideas for girl names! My last name is very long, very [name_m]German[/name_m], and starts with an S.
First Middle:
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]
[name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] I really like for how it sounds, also [name_f]Esther[/name_f] was the musical I was in when I was deciding on having a child. [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] also sounds really pretty to me and I just really got attached to it. [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], I like the name [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] a lot and I also like the nickname [name_u]Charlie[/name_u], and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is for a friend I had who died of cancer when she was a teenager. I’ve loved the name [name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] since I was a child, and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is also a name I’ve been fond of for a while.
Also welcoming other combos and suggestions!
You have a very classic and feminine naming style for girls! All the combos are lovely. I love [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]! Classic but a little less common. I think [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] would make great combos as well.
Other names to consider:
[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]/[name_f]Lucille[/name_f]
[name_f]Ada[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]
[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f]
[name_u]Eloise[/name_u]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]
Thank you! I like [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] a lot, I also really like the name [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]!
I adore [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]. Gorgeous. [name_f]Adore[/name_f] [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] but on a boy/man. I personally would use [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] although I do love [name_f]Lotte[/name_f]. I adore [name_f]Edie[/name_f] (have [name_f]Edie[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] “[name_f]Edie[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]” on my short list) as a full name. I feel neutral about [name_f]Edith[/name_f].
I love [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] and [name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f].
They could also be swapped as [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f].
Both are pretty, elegant, able to be shortened, and feminine.
I adore [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f], so sweet! I also love the suggestion of [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] as well. [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] or [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Edith[/name_f] would be gorgeous too!
[name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] would be my pick, out of those four! Really lovely.
Other ideas ~
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Rosaline[/name_f]
[name_f]Esther[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]
[name_f]Elinor[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
Here are my thoughts:
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f]-I like the flow of this a lot. [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] is a solid classic. I kind of like [name_f]Esther[/name_f] as a fn more though, since it’s a little more unexpected.
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]-[name_f]Edith[/name_f] is adorable. It’s sweet but sort of no nonsense sounding too. I prefer [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]. It flows nicer, plus has special meaning.
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]-I like this alright. [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is a little over done these days. Plus, I love [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] for a boy & really not for a girl. [name_m]Charles[/name_m] nn [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] has the same hard ‘Ch’ sound. [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] has a soft ‘Ch’ sound, so [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] seems so awkward to me.
[name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]-This isn’t my personal favorite, but it’s fine. Refreshing these days.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
I love [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Edith[/name_f]! I also think [name_f]Esther[/name_f] would make a fantastic first name.
I love [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] (perfect in every way), [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] (again, beautiful, 2 great names), [name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] (a long time favourite of mine that is so rarely used these days) - but just don’t love [name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] with [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. I do love [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a first name but not in the middle as its so expected. [name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f] [name_f]Esther[/name_f] would be gorgeous. I like [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] has special meaning for you and goes well with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] - all good, just not my favourite of your options.
Thanks so much, y’all! These are all amazing suggestions, I’m getting a ton of ideas!
