I went for [name]Melody[/name]. I love [name]Holly[/name] but only with a ‘y’ and since there was no guarantee of one I went with the safe option, lol.
I voted for [name]Felicity[/name] & [name]Melody[/name] O’[name]Connell[/name]. I like that it has the same number of syllables as [name]Felicity[/name] and that it has a similar light, pretty vibe. [name]Hollie[/name] is too short and [name]Melanie[/name] seems more serious [name]IMO[/name].
[name]How[/name] about:
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Rose[/name] (I know [name]Rose[/name] is a common mn, but it’s so pretty!)
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Joy[/name] (other one syllable virtue names would go well too, like [name]Hope[/name], [name]Grace[/name] or [name]Faith[/name])
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Pearl[/name]
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Hazel[/name]
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Lyra[/name]
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Leila[/name]
I voted for [name]Melanie[/name] (and did in your other thread also). It’s so sweet, soft and pretty. And again, I just love the GWTW connection. As for middle names, I love it paired with [name]Winter[/name]. I would pick something spunky, unusual and lighthearted as not to overpower gorgeous [name]Melanie[/name]. My favourite combos (this is one I’ve been working on):
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Winter[/name] [name]Caprice[/name]
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Winter[/name] [name]Primrose[/name]
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Octavia[/name] [name]Winter[/name]
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Lark[/name]
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Juniper[/name]
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Arwen[/name]
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Freya[/name]
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Verena[/name]
[name]Melanie[/name] [name]Caoimhe[/name] (prn’d keeva or kweeva)
@lilysong - [name]Felicity[/name] has four syllables and [name]Melody[/name] has three.
I chose [name]Melanie[/name]. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but better than [name]Holly[/name] or [name]Melody[/name]. To be honest, I don’t really like any of your choices much, sorry.
I love [name]Holly[/name] with a Y.
Not sure on middles; for some reason [name]Patrice[/name] popped into my head as giving a nice flow: [name]Holly[/name] [name]Patrice[/name] O’[name]Connell[/name]? But my personal preference for mns is that they have some personal significance, so hard to make a suggestion.
I vote for [name]Felicity[/name] and [name]Melody[/name].
Middle name ideas:
[name]Felicity[/name] [name]Maeve[/name] O’[name]Connell[/name]
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Blythe[/name] O’[name]Connell[/name]
[name]Felicity[/name] [name]Erin[/name] O’[name]Connell[/name]
[name]Melody[/name] [name]Carys[/name] O’[name]Connell[/name]
[name]Felicity[/name] and [name]Melody[/name] are so perfect together!
I think we’re going for [name]Melody[/name] on this one We like the ring of [name]Felicity[/name] and [name]Melody[/name], and as much as I love [name]Holly[/name], it’s in the top 25 near us right now, and I’m not overly crazy on popular names. Also, [name]Holly[/name] is similar to my name ([name]Hayleigh[/name]), so we were sort of on the fence about that one to start with. [name]Melanie[/name]'s pretty, but I agree it’s out dated (I didn’t pick that one :P) Thank you for your help!
I too really love [name]Holly[/name], but voted for [name]Melody[/name] because I prefer it with [name]Felicity[/name]. I cannot think of a middle name at the moment though, sorry. It’s been a long day and my brain is all but fried.
