I prefer [name]Juliet[/name] but if you had [name]Mia[/name] on the list instead of [name]Mila[/name] I would have likely picked [name]Mia[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Langlee[/name]. I prefer [name]Catherine[/name] over [name]Katherine[/name] too but as is I think [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] would be my first choice. I agree that they are all beautiful choices! I am truly torn between [name]Juliet[/name] elizabeth and [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Katherine[/name], both are stunning. I didn’t vote because I couldn’t choose!

[name]Juliet[/name] is just so much more “classic” I donno, but I like it much better. I also like the [name]Juliette[/name] spelling. I chose [name]Katherine[/name] as the middle name but really you could use any of the three. Good luck!!

If this is a first child, I would use [name]Juliet[/name] and save [name]Mila[/name] for a future possible sister. If this is your last child absolutely then maybe use [name]Mila[/name] as a middle. I picked [name]Katherine[/name], but [name]Elizabeth[/name] would work well too! Good [name]Luck[/name]!

[name]Even[/name] though I think [name]Mila[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] or [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] would be gorgeous and have better flow, I voted for [name]Mila[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] because I just think you should pick names you love over what flows the best.

I picked [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Katherine[/name]. I prefer [name]Juliet[/name] to [name]Mila[/name] (although I like both!) and I think [name]Katherine[/name] has the best flow.

I really like both mila and [name]Juliet[/name]. Not really sure which order is better. the other names seem like filler names. Forgettable, but they flow nicely.
