trying to see if we can make it a bit more feminine and use the “root” as the NN.
The name would be [name_u]Bay[/name_u] with MN [name_m]Lawson[/name_m] (after my father)
Trying to think of a way to make [name_u]Bay[/name_u] a bit longer/more feminine, esp with such a masculine MN…
any suggestions?
The only one we have come up with so far is BayMarie but not super fond of [name_f]Marie[/name_f] as it doesn’t have much meaning to us.
Thanks!!

One berry here has a daughter named [name_m]Bayard[/name_m] ‘[name_u]Bay[/name_u]’.
Though I do believe that you can get the nickname [name_u]Bay[/name_u], out of every B name if you want. [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] or [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] could work imo.
Good luck!
The only obvious one I can think of is [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] (please don’t spell it [name_f]Bayleigh[/name_f] or [name_f]Baylie[/name_f] though).
You could use [name_u]Bay[/name_u] for any ‘B’ name, but it’s not as obvious and you might find it’s only you that calls her [name_u]Bay[/name_u] and she gets other nicknames outside of the home.
[name_m]How[/name_m] about Bayah… I think it has a really lovely sound xx
