  • [name]Kylee[/name]

Well done!
I can totally see [name]Jameson[/name], [name]Finlay[/name], [name]Scarlett[/name], [name]Harlow[/name] as siblings! (my favorites)
Best of luck

GIRLS:
1.) [name]Scarlett[/name]- Meh for me, but I see the appeal for it. I do picture glamour because of Gone with the Wind.
2.) [name]Camille[/name]- Pretty
3.) [name]Harlow[/name]- Another meh name for me, it reminds me of celebrities
4.) [name]Esme[/name]- Pretty and french, and not too mainstream which is surprising considering the twilight franchise. I like it.
5.) [name]Maeve[/name]- Pretty, I like this as much as [name]Esme[/name].
6.) [name]Romilly[/name]- NMS, but [name]Romy[/name] is a cute nn.
7.) [name]Blythe[/name]- Nice and short name
8.) [name]Amelia[/name]- Like this a lot, though some may be turned off because of the growing popularity.
9.) [name]Eliza[/name]- Also like this one a lot. This is one of my favorite [name]Elizabeth[/name] variations.
10.) [name]Imogen[/name]- Like this one as well, not common at all in the states.

My favorite girls names are [name]Amelia[/name], [name]Eliza[/name], [name]Imogen[/name], [name]Esme[/name]/[name]Maeve[/name] (tied).

BOYS:
1.) [name]Hugo[/name]- Nice name, I like this.
2.) [name]Theodore[/name]- Nice and classic
3.) [name]Ezra[/name]- Meh for me, it just doesn’t have the spunk that the first two have imo.
4.) [name]Otto[/name]- [name]Love[/name] this, mainly because it is the name of my DH’s great-grandfather. He was nice, and I have loved it since.
5.) [name]Wilder[/name]- I think of [name]Laura[/name] Ingalls. Not a bad association.
6.) [name]Felix[/name]- Cute, I like it.
7.) [name]Jasper[/name]- Meh for me, but it is still a nice name.
8.) [name]Finlay[/name]- [name]Fin[/name] names are getting boring to me, though the fin nn is cute. This is more unique compared to some of the others.
9.) [name]Jameson[/name]- This is nice, but I like [name]James[/name] so that is probably why I like it.
10.) [name]Miles[/name]- This seems like the dullest of the boys names, but it has a nice, soft sound and has good history.

My favorite boys names are [name]Otto[/name], [name]Hugo[/name], [name]Theodore[/name] and [name]Felix[/name].

I love:

[name]Scarlett[/name]
[name]Harlow[/name]
[name]Esme[/name]

[name]Felix[/name]

Why not: [name]Ezra[/name], [name]Jasper[/name], [name]Miles[/name].

Oh, I love your names, they are all very pretty! Here are my favourites!

[name]Romilly[/name]
[name]Blythe[/name]
[name]Esme[/name]

[name]Scarlett[/name]
[name]Amelia[/name]
[name]Harlow[/name] (I’m really starting to like this!)

[name]Miles[/name]
[name]Wilder[/name]
[name]Ezra[/name]
[name]Hugo[/name]
[name]Jasper[/name]
[name]Otto[/name]

My favorites:

[name]Camille[/name]
[name]Maeve[/name]
[name]Romilly[/name]

[name]Theodore[/name]
[name]Otto[/name]- Absolutely love this name!
[name]Wilder[/name]
[name]Felix[/name]
[name]Jameson[/name]
[name]Miles[/name]

GIRLS:
1.) [name]Scarlett[/name] - [name]Don[/name]‘t like the negative associations with this name (scarlet fever, scarlet woman, irritating [name]Scarlett[/name] O’[name]Hara[/name]).

2.) [name]Camille[/name] - A soft and beautiful name. [name]Love[/name] it!

3.) [name]Harlow[/name] - Trendy surname that I don’t find that attractive.

4.) [name]Esme[/name] - Another soft and beautiful French/Scottish gem!

5.) [name]Maeve[/name] - A sweet Irish beauty!

6.) [name]Romilly[/name] - Better in the middle spot. Too much like the surname of Republican [name]Mitt[/name] [name]Romney[/name].

7.) [name]Blythe[/name] - This name has grown on me.

8.) [name]Amelia[/name] - Pretty and feminine

9.) [name]Eliza[/name] - spunky and sassy

10.) [name]Imogen[/name] - Not my favourite Shakespearean name but it’s ok.

BOYS:
1.) [name]Hugo[/name] - [name]LOVE[/name] this name! It’s spunky with loads of character and European flair!

2.) [name]Theodore[/name] - A names of substance and depth with a great meaning of “God’s gift”. Added bonus: the nn [name]Theo[/name].

3.) [name]Ezra[/name] - Not my favourite Biblical name but it has a pretty cool sound.

4.) [name]Otto[/name] - A funky [name]German[/name] name that has lots of energy!

5.) [name]Wilder[/name] - Better in the middle spot.

6.) [name]Felix[/name] - A name of popes and saints with a wonderful meaning (happy or lucky)!

7.) [name]Jasper[/name] - [name]Love[/name] this nature name. It’s also mentioned in the Bible with a different version ([name]Caspar[/name] one was of the Three Wise Men)

8.) [name]Finlay[/name] - I’m not a fan of surnames but this one isn’t bad.

9.) [name]Jameson[/name] - I prefer just [name]James[/name]. [name]James[/name] sounds serious enough.

10.) [name]Miles[/name] - I prefer [name]Milo[/name]

Very nice lists! I like them all with the exceptions of [name]Harlow[/name] and [name]Wilder[/name]. My favorites are [name]Camille[/name], [name]Maeve[/name], [name]Romilly[/name], [name]Eliza[/name], [name]Theodore[/name], [name]Ezra[/name], [name]Otto[/name], and [name]Miles[/name].

[name]Harlow[/name] is unattractive to my ear, reminds me a lot of “harlot,” and is very celebribaby. It wouldn’t work at all as a sister for [name]Scarlett[/name], if you’re thinking that far ahead. Their common “arl” sounds are too similar. Plus, when [name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Harlow[/name] are side by side, the “scarlet woman” association and the possible “harlot” wordplay become so obvious. It’s like they would bring out the worst in each other.

[name]Wilder[/name] is just too much; I see it as something of a high-pressure name, tbh. On a boy who’s not wild by nature, it’s an awkward fit, and I can picture him wondering how he measures up to what he might think his parents wanted him to be when they chose his name. On a boy who is wild, [name]Wilder[/name] is almost like a challenge.

I like [name]Harlow[/name] & [name]Love[/name] [name]Hugo[/name].

I agree that [name]Harlow[/name] sounds too close to Harlot for my tastes. And I’m not a fan of the character of [name]Scarlett[/name] in Gone With the Wind, although otherwise I like the name.

For girls, I like [name]Eliza[/name], [name]Blythe[/name], and [name]Camille[/name]. [name]Blythe[/name] is a good one in that it is fairly uncommon and yet sounds mainstream.
For boys, I like [name]Hugo[/name], [name]Jasper[/name], [name]Felix[/name], and [name]Jameson[/name].

GIRLS:
1.) [name]Scarlett[/name] - ok
2.) [name]Camille[/name] - ok
3.) [name]Harlow[/name] - nah
4.) [name]Esme[/name] - no
5.) [name]Maeve[/name] - like
6.) [name]Romilly[/name] - no
7.) [name]Blythe[/name] - nah
8.) [name]Amelia[/name] - like
9.) [name]Eliza[/name] - like
10.) [name]Imogen[/name] - no

BOYS:
1.) [name]Hugo[/name] - nah
2.) [name]Theodore[/name] - like [name]Theo[/name]
3.) [name]Ezra[/name] - no
4.) [name]Otto[/name] - no
5.) [name]Wilder[/name] - no
6.) [name]Felix[/name] - nah
7.) [name]Jasper[/name] - nah
8.) [name]Finlay[/name] - no, too unisex-y, Lol
9.) [name]Jameson[/name] - like
10.) [name]Miles[/name] - like

My style runs a bit more traditional than yours. My favorites from your list are [name]Eliza[/name] and [name]Miles[/name].

You have some nicely chosen names on your list! My favorite is [name]Wilder[/name], such an awesome name! Although not sure if u pronounce it will der or wild der … Sorry for any typos, typing on and iPad…

GIRLS:
1.) [name]Scarlett[/name] - Strong Gone with the Wind association, but I like it a lot.
2.) [name]Camille[/name] - I have never got the appeal of this name. It’s fine just not my style.
3.) [name]Harlow[/name] - I prefer [name]Marlow[/name].
4.) [name]Esme[/name] - Can’t deal with the Twilight association, but it’s a pretty name.
5.) [name]Maeve[/name] - No
6.) [name]Romilly[/name] - I prefer [name]Romy[/name].
7.) [name]Blythe[/name] - Beautiful.
8.) [name]Amelia[/name] - Classic and beautiful.
9.) [name]Eliza[/name] - I love this name!
10.) [name]Imogen[/name] - Not my style.

BOYS:
1.) [name]Hugo[/name] - It’s good.
2.) [name]Theodore[/name] - I love it.
3.) [name]Ezra[/name] - This is still one of my top contenders.
4.) [name]Otto[/name] - Sounds a little too nicknamey for me
5.) [name]Wilder[/name] - [name]Adore[/name]!
6.) [name]Felix[/name] - I like it
7.) [name]Jasper[/name] - Again, can’t get over Twilight association
8.) [name]Finlay[/name] - Not my style
9.) [name]Jameson[/name] - I like it.
10.) [name]Miles[/name] - [name]Love[/name]! I’d use it but a close friend already has.

Your girls list is pretty much perfection in my eyes!

[name]Maeve[/name], [name]Romilly[/name], [name]Blythe[/name], [name]Eliza[/name], [name]Imogen[/name] & [name]Scarlett[/name] are all gorgeous, the latter is just too popular in the UK. I find [name]Harlow[/name] too trendy and celebrity, I just wonder if anyone would really have ever considered it before [name]Nicole[/name] [name]Ritchie[/name]? [name]Camille[/name] just isn’t my style. [name]Amelia[/name] is pretty but so overdone right now, it’s the number 1 girls name in the UK. [name]Esme[/name] is quite trashy in my area.

As for the boy’s names I adore [name]Theodore[/name], [name]Finlay[/name], [name]Ezra[/name], and [name]Miles[/name] - all perfect.

I love [name]Harlow[/name] --instant glamour due to [name]Jean[/name] [name]Harlow[/name]-- especially as a middle name. And I really like [name]Eliza[/name]. It’ spunky and sweet! [name]Camille[/name] is okay.

As for the boys names, i like [name]Hugo[/name], [name]Theodore[/name], [name]Felix[/name], [name]Jasper[/name] and [name]Miles[/name].

Least favorites are [name]Esme[/name], [name]Maeve[/name], [name]Blythe[/name], [name]Otto[/name], [name]Finlay[/name] and [name]Jameson[/name], which reminds me of the cheap Whiskey.

Not to sidetrack the discussion, but I do not find [name]Harlow[/name] glamorous. [name]Jean[/name] [name]Harlow[/name] was an alcoholic who potentially poisoned herself to death with her toxic hair dye; she died of renal failure at age 23. I am not sure why this name took off after [name]Nicole[/name] [name]Ritchie[/name] introduced it.

I actually had a great aunt (who has passed away) with [name]Harlow[/name] as a middle name… I wish people would stop talking about [name]Nicole[/name] [name]Ritchie[/name]. I don’t give a rip about her or any other celebrity… My name choices have NOTHING to do with celebrities in the slightest. That’s pretty much the only thing that’s bothered me so far. Besides the whole “scarlet woman” thing about [name]Scarlett[/name]. That isn’t a common term, it isn’t used by the younger generation so I don’t see why it would ever cause a problem. And my own grandma didn’t think of it.

GIRLS:
1.) [name]Scarlett[/name]- Like it but not my favorite. I immediately think Johanssen but I know it is getting quite common
2.) [name]Camille[/name]- I don’t like it as much as Camilla but I think its lovely
3.) [name]Harlow[/name]- Cool, very unisex though, not nearly as feminine as your other choices
4.) [name]Esme[/name]- Probably my least favorite of your list, it doesn’t flow to me
5.) [name]Maeve[/name]-[name]LOVE[/name]
6.) [name]Romilly[/name]- Nice, I think “[name]Romney[/name]” though with the election
7.) [name]Blythe[/name]- Pretty and simple,
8.) [name]Amelia[/name]- Beautiful and feminine, pleasant sounding
9.) [name]Eliza[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Eliza[/name], spunky vintage charm
10.) [name]Imogen[/name]- Would you pronounce with i-mo-[name]GIN[/name] or i-mo-[name]GENE[/name]? I love the [name]GIN[/name] pronunciation but I would never choose because of the ambiguity

BOYS:
1.) [name]Hugo[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Hugo[/name]
2.) [name]Theodore[/name]- Very cool, love [name]Theo[/name]
3.) [name]Ezra[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Ezra[/name]
4.) [name]Otto[/name]- Seems more like a dog than a baby to me
5.) [name]Wilder[/name]- Nice
6.) [name]Felix[/name]- [name]Love[/name] it
7.) [name]Jasper[/name]- very trendy among hipsters, quite cool though
8.) [name]Finlay[/name]- too unisex
9.) [name]Jameson[/name]- I think whiskey but that is not a bad thing
10.) [name]Miles[/name]- love it, but I know 4 little [name]Miles[/name]

Fair enough-- if it’s a family surname, that’s an entirely different kettle of fish. Most people selecting it, however, do not have an ancestral tree full of Harlows.
