Options for the last two spots:
[name]Daniel[/name]
[name]Henry[/name]
[name]Emerson[/name]
[name]Noah[/name]
[name]Boone[/name]
[name]Zane[/name]
[name]Beckett[/name]
[name]Bennett[/name]
[name]Lincoln[/name]
[name]Avery[/name]
My personal choices would be [name]Daniel[/name] and [name]Lincoln[/name]. After reading some of your latest posts, I know you love [name]Emerson[/name], so I’d incline toward [name]Daniel[/name] and [name]Emerson[/name] in trying to choose for you. Best wishes!
I wanted to say [name]Henry[/name] and [name]Boone[/name], but you already have two names ending in -y and two names beginning with B, so I’m voting for [name]Lincoln[/name] and [name]Zane[/name].
You have a lot of similar endings and beginnings in your favourites, [name]Everett[/name]+[name]Beckett[/name]+[name]Bennett[/name], [name]Emerson[/name]+[name]Grayson[/name], [name]Henry[/name]+[name]Brody[/name]+[name]Bailey[/name]+[name]Avery[/name], [name]Spencer[/name]+[name]Asher[/name]. I would pick one name from each of these categories (unless this is your last/only child) since I would not be able to use more within the same.
This isn’t for my last child… it would actually be for my first (who will hopefully be adopted in several years!). The Spencer/Asher and Henry/Brody/Bailey/Avery thing doesn’t really bother me as they all have very distinct feelings to me. Even though Grayson and Emerson or Beckett and Everett have very distinctive feelings, as well, I can’t get past the matchy endings and would likely only use one of each of those… which will likely remain Everett and Grayson, which I adore. I can’t seem to shake Beckett, though… it’s hard to find names that honor family on the boys’ side, and I love that Beckett would honor my sister so easily (Rebecca, nn Becca). I have ways to honor her on my girls’ list but the boys’ pickings are really slim, lol. I love the idea of using Beckett if I could. I do think Everett and Beckett would be too matchy and I am thinking of Beckett as a MN (Noah Beckett Flynn or Noah Beckett Elias) but it seems a shame to just shove Beckett into the MN spot.
@auroradawn - Aww, that’s sweet that you voted Emerson because I’ve been posting about it lately. I do love it but I actually don’t think it’s going to make the cut! It’s too close to Everett and Grayson for me, and there are others I can imagine using much more.
I’m glad to see Daniel seems to be so well-loved! I keep leaning toward keeping that one as well. As for the others, that’s completely up in the air still! haha. I’m thinking of nixing Noah, Emerson, and Bennett (because, well, while I might keep Everett and Beckett, I would not keep Everett, Beckett, and Bennett, especially with all the other “B” names on my list!). I’m especially thinking about keeping Daniel (although, I’m also thinking about doing Brody Daniel something-or-other so that might open a spot up for a different name), Lincoln, Henry, Beckett, and Boone… maybe Zane. Please keep the votes coming!
[name]Avery[/name] and [name]Noah[/name], soft but strong. Noah is such a great name, with history and stories, but can also be seen in the modern world!
Hey [name]Ash[/name], I’ve just replied on your PC post but I’ve just seen you missed [name]Avery[/name] off the list! I love [name]Avery[/name] but as you’re aware I couldn’t possibly do [name]Asher[/name] and [name]Avery[/name] together, they just seem so different!
I did vote for [name]Lincoln[/name] and [name]Bennett[/name] but I see you’re a little worried about the matching endings of [name]Everett[/name], [name]Bennett[/name], [name]Beckett[/name] etc. If that’s the case then I take my vote back for [name]Bennett[/name] and probably go with [name]Daniel[/name] or [name]Henry[/name]. I always wonder about the endings of names because I have [name]Elijah[/name], [name]Micah[/name], [name]Asher[/name], [name]River[/name] etc. I don’t think 2 similar name endings is bad but obviously it does start off a little trend.
I didn’t vote for [name]Daniel[/name] originally but it does fit perfectly!
