How does everyone feel about the name Finlo? We like the nickname Fin but want to have a longer version of it, but a lot of the long names for Fin are too old school or I just don’t like. Then I came across Finlo on a nameberry list and it caught my attention right away. But is it too weird or choppy? What are your thoughts? And if you do like it, what are some middle names that would go well with it?

[name_m]Finlo[/name_m] is super unusual! Definitely a memorable name. You’ve probably seen the Irish name [name_m]Finnian[/name_m] already, but just another option if you’re on the fence about [name_m]Finlo[/name_m]?

I don’t dislike [name_m]Finnian[/name_m] but it just doesn’t grab my attention as much! I’ve also seen [name_m]Finnick[/name_m] and have been considering that
[name_m]Finnick[/name_m] is cool! Although first thought is finickoty… 
I like all the cool options [name_m]Fin[/name_m] can have as a full name though! Go with whatever you like best. He will own it whatever you choose! 
It’s sounds edgy and sweet at the same time but I prefer finlay/finley.

I like it! I don’t think I’ve heard it. That always surprises me when that happens. I do also like [name_m]Finnian[/name_m] and [name_m]Finnick[/name_m], but I think [name_m]Finlo[/name_m] is the best. I think it needs a 3 syllable middle.

Ooh thank you for mentioning [name_m]Finlo[/name_m] because I have never heard it but it’s quite a pleasant name! It’s playful and fresh but it still has a very legitimate and familiar feel to it, despite never hearing it before.
