Finn and his brother ?

I’m only 5 weeks preg after a loss, but I want to be optimistic. Looking at baby names again. Our older son is [name_u]Finn[/name_u] and the thing is that there isn’t another name I love as much as his.

I think I like [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] and [name_m]Archer[/name_m] but I’m not sure. I’m a bit of a name nerd and I feel like I’ve looked at names for so long that they’ve lost all meaning. I really do think I like [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] (and the cute nickname Becks) and think it works equally well on a child and an adult, but all of the nameberry comments on the name’s entry are pretty negative and have lots of references to buckets :see_no_evil:. WDYT of [name_m]Beckett[/name_m]? [name_m]Archer[/name_m]? Or what else would you name a brother to [name_u]Finn[/name_u]?

(Also I know this is ridiculously early to be thinking about names, but it helps me to stay positive)

[name_m]Beckett[/name_m] is a good name, and it matches well with [name_u]Finn[/name_u]. [name_m]Archer[/name_m] is okay, but not as good. I’ll be keeping you in my thoughts. :slight_smile:

I think I like [name_u]Finn[/name_u] and [name_m]Archer[/name_m] as brothers over [name_u]Finn[/name_u] and [name_m]Beckett[/name_m].

I really like both [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] and [name_m]Archer[/name_m], slightly preferring [name_m]Beckett[/name_m]. I also like [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] for you.
