[name]Phineas[/name] - My favourite. I like its classical quality.
[name]Finn[/name]/[name]Fionn[/name] - My husband is Irish and this appeals to him. I don’t mind it either, though [name]Phineas[/name] reflects my own heritage more and I figure he gets the LAST name. 
[name]Finnegan[/name] - An appealing way to make [name]Finn[/name] the NN without getting into ph-spellings. Avoids the fishy feel of [name]Finnan[/name].
[name]Fintan[/name] isn’t bad either.
I don’t care for [name]Finley[/name]/[name]Finlay[/name].
